This lovely young home is steps to the lake on the cove , amazing views of Lake Winnipesaukee and Sleeper Island. Property is directly on Lake Winnipesaukee on Glidden Cove.

This property features, 5 Bedrooms with 12 beds that can accommodate 18 guests.

Bedroom 1 First floor bedroom with queen bed
Bedroom 2: The master suite with king bed and en-suite bath featuring a corner tub, separate shower and walk in closet.
Bedroom 3: Featuring a full and a twin.
Bedroom 4: Featuring a full and a twin
Bedroom 5: The family bedroom three bunk beds, with two full beds and 4 twin beds; this room sleeps 8.

Washer and dryer access on 2nd floor. A pool table, ping pong table, PacMan, teenage mutant ninja turtles and golden tee stand up arcade in the walk out basement. Large farmers porch overlooks the lake for outdoor cocktail time. An Outdoor fire pit , sandy beach and large yard. Plenty of parking! A Boat slip is available, Maximum Boat Size applies, we must know in advance if you plan to use one of our slips. There is a boat ramp/launch on site. Close to Gunstock ski area (7+- minutes )and all the lakes and mountains have to offer. This home sleeps 18. Have a larger group? Family reunion, Check out Our Cottage, Ranch and Chalet which are in the same compound. This listing can be combined. Send us a message to coordinate if interested in more than 1 of our properties.

The entire home is part of your rental except the garage .....we utilize part of the garage for our cleaning supplies , extra sheets etc and is locked

Close to Gunstock ski area, Gilford , Laconia and Alton Bay and all shops and restaurants are close by Car and of course BOAT!! Bike trails are nearby, enjoy mountain biking, snowmobiling, ice fishing*, fishing, and boating are a must!
*you can access the frozen lake(weather depending) from the beach. Please use caution

Fantastic location- Beautiful, quiet neighborhood just 2 minutes away from the West Alton sand bar. Shared beach with neighborhood on the property. We loved being able to dock our boat at the property.

Having lakefront access to a slip and also having onsite canoes and kayaks kept us all together.

Great for family getaways

We loved the layout of the open kitchen/living area, where everyone could be together. The kids loved the swimming in the lake, paddle boarding, making s’mores at night over the fire pit, playing in the rec room and reading on the large, comfortable porch.

Wonderful family gathering

We spent thanksgiving at this property. The basement and it’s entertainment were a hit with the 8 kids; the fire pit and open area were wonderful. Close to great hiking trails. The host was super responsive and helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to spend thanksgiving.

Great Location, Perfect Setup!

We have a group of families that have been spending time together for the last 10 years each winter skiing. As the families have grown we've now found a spectacular location that's awesome for the winter months and skiing but based on location would be a wonderful spot in the summer months as well. The house was the perfect setup for kids to be able to get away from parents and play! would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

Amazing property

Stevens house was everything it was advertised as. House is perfect for a group getaway with lots of things to do. The basement is great for everyone between the arcade games ,pool table and ping pong. Front yard is perfect for some yard games and sitting by the fire. House was spotless and with 5 big bedrooms slept 12 of us perfect! Downtown is about 10 minutes away so easy to access anything you need. Highly recommend this property.

Great Family Vacation

What an incredible home! It was perfect for our 18 family members and friends to gather, connect, and enjoy each others company. Though the weather wasn't cooperating, the house was cozy and kept everyone in the family relaxed and entertained. Skiing and family activities were all close by. Internet was choppy due to the storm and weather that preciously came in, however Host Steve was responsive and tried to do his best to fix it as quickly as possible. If you have a big family, this place is perfect and you should book!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Our family enjoyed our stay. We had beautiful weather and the area was very quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The boys really enjoyed all of the games in the basement. The lawn was great for lawn games and for the kids to run around on. We spent a lot of time on the beach(which is a shared beaches with the other two rentals next door) and on the large deck. Steve, the property manager, was easy to get ahold of and extremely accommodating. We would go back again.

Perfect home for April get away

Spacious, spotless, lake view home for our family of 6! This home is even more beautiful than the pictures! One of my favorite moments was laughing hysterically with my grandchildren during our ping pong challenges on the rainy days and on sunny days watching them play on the beach that's only steps from the home. The bunk beds were a big hit for our grandkids. We even saw a mink scurry by at the end of the driveway as a bonus! Steve was so helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. Would love to go back during summer when we can use the kayaks! Highly recommend this home! Also Elacoya Restaurant only 5 mins away has takeout and the best food!

Wonderful Fall weekend

My booked this house for a fall getaway and we had such an amazing time. Two 40 yr old couples with young kids and our in laws in their 70's plus my dog. The house is large and spacious; definitely could have fit more than the 9 of us. The kids LOVED the bunk room and there was room for them to hang up there. They also loved the basement with the games that kept them busy for hours. Becuase of covid, we cooked all our meals at home and the house had everything we needed. The adults enjoyed the farmer's porch and the family room was a great resting place after our daily hikes. Mount Major and Locke's hill are both down the road from the house and were great hiking options for the family. The house is clean, comfortable and inviting. We were greeted with two bottles of wine, house instructions and plenty of essentials (garbage bags, paper towels, cleaning supplies). We felt right at home and had a nice, quiet escape. We hope to rent again! Booking and communication was super easy. Thank you Steve and family!

Great house!

Stayed here to ski at Gunstock!! Only 12 min away from mountain. Great house- fit 13 of us comfortably. Pool table and ping pong were a hit! Bet this place in the summer is amazing being right on the lake

Great house for a family to enjoy time together

The house was really nice , next to a lake , the game room is a great addition to the house, the kitchen is well equipped and perfect for a big family group.

Good group vacation

Good group vacation home. As long as you don't mind sharing the beach and dock space with the neighboring rental, this is a great house. It was clean and a newer build.
