Cozy cottage ideal for a couple. Has a small deck off a sitting room. Newly renovated kitchen and bath room. queen size bed in first bedroom and second bedroom can be use as a den or a bedroom. Parking for 2 cars and easy walk to the boardwalk and beach.
Please note that during a full moon the water will flood the street a few inches at high tide, recommended to move your car during these tides.

Cozy for two

Quaint cottage that was perfect for a small family or two sisters! Very clean, quiet street and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book it again. I loved the rockers on the porch!

Wonderful

Our rental experience could not have been more smooth. Property owners were so nice and very accommodating, excellent little rental and we very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back!

Cozy beach house

We had a great vacation the cottage was perfect we were 2adults and 2children 2 and 4 and had enough room, the location was ideal close to everything, check in was simple with the lock box to sum it up wish we would of stayed for 2 weeks but we will be back for sure and would highly recommend it to family and friends

Hampton Vacation!

We had a super moon the week we stayed, and the local business Wally's was more than helpful to allow us to park there while our driveway flooded. Wallys also has great food and entertainment! Short walk to the beach and casino. The owners were very responsive to a couple minor issues. Very quiet location at night. Great for a Family of three/four. Book it!!

Nice little cottage

Tia unit was compact but very nice for a place that was close to the beach and restaurants. If you are looking for a decent place to rest and relax after a day out this place does well. It is compact but nice. There are bar and grill type of restaurants right on the corner, that has good food and nightly entertainment. Even with them being this close, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful for sleeping.. Again , it is compact …shower is tight…rooms are small…. My wife and I would stay again if we end up in Hampton Beach!!!

Nice but no privacy

The cottage was nice and the location was good but there is no curtain, blind or privacy screen covering the sliding glass door which opens up to the driveway/street. At night, I felt exposed to whoever was walking/driving by.

We loved it here!

Communication with Edward was awesome. He answers right away. The place is the cutest thing and in an awesome location. One small thing we wish we knew was, it’s very much in the middle of a few houses. We kind of felt like we were on display sometimes and just wished there was a curtain for the slide door. That didn’t stop us from loving the place though, We really enjoyed our time here, we hope to rent this house next summer! Thank you again Edward!!

Just a block to the beach!!!

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at this cottage! It is very well taken care of and very comfortable. We had a problem with the air conditioner, and Ed sent his daughter with a different one right away.

Great location

We had a great stay only thing that could have been better would been more than local channels on tv l don’t sleep well and trying to find something to watch at night was difficult. Overall great time short walk to everything .

Super Stay

The cottage had everything we needed. It was so convenient to walk 1 block to the boardwalk. It was so quiet at night to sleep. The owner was helpful when we needed help turning on the TV to watch cable. We especially enjoyed getting a gift of coffee, hand sanitizer, and popcorn when we arrived. Ed has pride in his property and did a wonderful job in remodeling his cottages. Having a shower rather than a tub is the main reason for choosing this cottage. I am planning on renting this cottage again next year.
