This cozy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is perfect for a small family but can accommodate up to 10 with 1 king bed in the master, 1 full in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa. All new furniture (bedrooms, living room & dining room) delivered Feb. 2022!!

This is a 3rd floor unit (sorry, no elevator) with 2 oceanfront balconies. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 4 TV's and Washer/Dryer. Condo features everything that you could need to enjoy your time at the beach.

Nautical Watch is located in the "Family Friendly" Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach so you are close to all the major attractions without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. This property offers a street side outdoor pool, 2 sundecks, outside showers, grill facilities, on-site parking and free wifi. There is NO elevator.

We absolutely loved the room, it was clean and felt very much like home, not to mention the beautiful ocean view right from the bed .

Return To Windy Hill

Check-in was easy, and we were very familiar with the area, having owned a Condo in The Summit for over 30 years. We found the unit to be adequate but well-used. There were minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. The kitchen dishes and silverware were quite inadequate. Overall, the HOA needs to do some cleanup and repair work. The stairs to the upper level were extremely dangerous.

Great location

Place was nice, just a little out dated. We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs can be brutal if you have infants or a bad back. But good overall.

Perfect location!

Great location, but property definitely needs a GOOD cleaning!!! In all honesty we were kind of grossed out. Updates to the kitchen counter and sink are nice. Over all the property is very outdated. Also, two tables in the kitchen doesn't leave much space and makes it feel very cramped.

Great location, but needs repairs!

The location and view is outstanding, and the beds are very comfortable. However, this unit is in desperate need of repair and updates. Several drywall repairs are needed, the pots and pans and utensils need replacing., and it needs a deep cleaning. We found a bong on the balcony-thankfully before any of the kids found it - please remove it before another guest finds it!

Third Floor Condo on the Beach

Pros: excellent location, fantastic views, spacious condo, easy walk to beach Cons: needs a good deep- clean, maintenance and updates urgently needed (sofa bed mattress needs replaced, interior doors are warped on the bottom, living room window needs repaired, drywall holes need patched, fridge door handle broken, etc), overall cleanliness was terrible- most notably dirty dishes in cabinets, stains on bedding, and stained sofas.

Spring Break 2023

The view was beautiful. We knew the unit was on the third floor, so we got our exercise walking up the stairs. The resident below us was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The furnishings were nice. The kitchen does need a new stove and refrigerator. I had difficulty with the oven and the refrigerator door had to be pushed in and closed. Overall we were pleased for the price and plan on staying again this coming summer.

Overall okay.

Pros - amazing views! Two balcony's, some upgrades, location, washer and dryer although it was located in a awkward space, pool and grounds were clean, easy beach access and chairs, toys ect available to use!, beds were memory foam and comfortable. Cons - walls could use some attention, made it feel slightly dirty, washer and dryer are in bedroom closet and a little hard to access, appliances are old and fridge is hard to close, on third floor and no elevator so maybe be an issues for some to have to haul up luggage. Overall the pros outweighed the cons and we would definitely rent again.

Oceanfront condo

When I booked this condo the pictures did not show upstairs layout as it was. When called and asked about the upstairs layout I wasn't told the truth. The condo was not clean. Couldn't change the TV on one of the upstair bedrooms. Broken deck furnitute on both decks.

Well when we first went into the place it said it was ready, the ice maker did not work, there was sand filled in the dryer that I had to clean out, and the medicine cabinet in the downstairs bathroom was dirty but overall we enjoyed our stay because we love the beach. So we got in touch with the Realty Company they came out and fix the refrigerator door brought us a bag of ice and clean the ceiling in the front bedroom look like mold was around the vent. They said they put in a order to get the ice maker fixed but it wasn't done when we were there. Thanks for letting us stay, sincerely, dorgan and Kincaid family.

Summer Vacation 2023

This is a great location right on the beach and near a lot of shops, food and activities. However, the place was not as we expected, we were not able to check-in on time due to cleaning still taking place. When we were able to get into the unit it was unfortunately not very clean (you could tell they were rushed, we were told because the previous tenants were not out on time). Sand everywhere on the floor, vents and ceiling fans were covered in a layer of dust, fridge ice machine did not work and we had no tv or internet for the first 3 days because Spectrum upgraded their boxes however our unit was never updated. Once all the maintenance people were gone, the TVs were running, and we did our own cleaning it was a nice place. However, the purpose of a vacation is to relax, not do chores.

Loved being on the beach but.....

Pictures are not accurate of the inside. This has NOT been newly remodeled. Carpet not only dirty but needs to be replaced. Dishwasher - rusty/old/no rollers. Nasty liquid in a catch basin under the kitchen sink. Ice maker had growth and ice was not clean. One blanket for 4 beds. No trash bags/dish detergent/kitchen towels. Pot holders look disgusting. No pans to use in oven only pots. Cushion on sofa stinks. Coffee table wobbly. Directions for internet are incorrect as well as directions to turn on heat. Lots of debris around the outside of building where repair work is being done. Be prepared to provide everything even salt and pepper/paper towels/trash bags, etc.

This Condo is not worth the money!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condition run down and not clean. The only good thing about this condo is location to beach. If you care about cleanliness and up to date furnishings keep scrolling. Had to go get cleaning supplies to use to even stay there the first night. Furniture also disgusting and not clean. Rental office sent clean linens the next day. I sent pics of everything including mold on the vents. Was told I would get a partial refund at end of stay. Only got cleaning fee deducted. So if you stay there deal with only VRBO because the property management company will promise and not follow through. I sent pics of everything and it did no good. They are aware of the problems but choose to just deduct cleaning fee and never deal with issues at hand.

Amazing location

Pros. Location, you can not beat the view and the ease of getting to the beach. Cons. I know this is an older unit but the up keep has not been done. I took photos of all the damage as soon as we walked in so it would not fall back on us. The living room did not have enough seating for our family of 5. One couch and a small chair. The kitchen had two tables which took up the room where more living room furniture could go. There was also a third fold out table in the kitchen. The floor was still gritty with sand, the lamps had a layer of dust .The sliders on the door where hard to open, the fridge did not make ice and the bottom was broken off, the stove was so old the oven buttons were unreadable. The sink had zero water pressure. The downstairs bathroom parts of the wall around the tub were coming loose and had mold, the shower head was nasty, the cabinet door would’t shut all the way. The downstairs bedroom was cleanish but you couldn’t shut the door all the way, the hinges were missing screws and it hung at a weird angle. The little bedroom upstairs was a complete after thought when they put it in. You had to walk thru it to get to the master bedroom, it had a bathroom pass thru . The door hit the bed every time you opened it. Slider in master would only open about a foot and was extremely hard to open. Happy with location but disappointed with unit. Oh don’t lift the chair cushions never been cleaned under. Unit needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do not book this place if you have children who are happy to be on vacation! This seems to be a spot for the older couples who don't have children. The locals who live there complained that we let our 13 year Olds go to the pool without us. The pool was right outside our door. We had a 3 year old who was excited and ran through the living room a couple of times. Locals complained about that too. Drains in kitchen and bathroom stop up and have to be plunged daily. Garbage disposal didn't work. Sometimes the lights didnt even work. No elevators so be ready to climb stairs over and over again. Beds uncomfortable. Location is great and only steps from the beach. Staff at check in was very nice and the ladies who had to call about complaints were very nice and understanding. We traveled 12 hours to enjoy the West Coast and will never be back because of our experience here.

This condo states it has 3 bedrooms. The bedroom downstairs with 2 double beds which comfortably fit our kids. The 2 bedrooms upstairs was a mess. Once you get upstairs, you have to go through one bedroom to get into the Master bedroom or the bathroom. This was horrible when you are sharing with another couple. There were some things that went wrong but we were compensated for the mess of bathroom water we walked into our first day. Also, we did not have internet the whole week we were there. This is not a unit I would ever go back to.

Loved the view, just wish the description was more honest.

We loved the view, the ability to just walk out to the ocean and having the pool right there. The apartment had cockroaches, outside the apartment before our departure we saw huge black cockroaches, at night when the lights were off all the cockroaches came out. Had to call them to change comforter, shower liners. Under the bed there were old receipts from previous guests, carpets and floors were filthy. Definitely not what was specified online. They should change their cleaning services seems like they just go in pick up quick do beds and change towels for new guests. Dede not using them again.

Great family place!

The location is perfect, away from the crowds but close enough to all the attractions. The place itself could use a couple updates, the place is a little old and outdated. The TV remotes were a pain and barely worked. But those things didn’t bother us while we were there. We stayed for a week and I would stay here again. Pool was great, even the neighbors were awesome.

Good location and views

Few lil issues. Front door would not stay shut unless slammed or used dead bolt. Few holes and scratches throughout walls tables etc. . Only 3 spoons provided for 10 people. Only 8 regular towels for 10 people. The washer and dryer are in an inconvenient tight spot. Neighbor below is a permanent resident and is not a pleasant guy. Complained many times bout new family every other day/week. Downstairs patio door leaked when it rained hard. Dishwasher leaked, maintenance did come fix it quickly. So ya good location and views but lots of these lil things added up and became a headache.
