This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 1500 sq. ft. The residence has no pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

Main features include:
- Top floor of a 2-level penthouse: this floor has 2 bedrooms and no kitchen. Meals can be arranged upon request (and delivered to your room). If you prefer to cook, we can arrange the floor below, which has the kitchen (and still 2 bedrooms). Each floor is fully private, with separate entrances

- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)

A few house rules:
-This is a quiet family residence - if you need a guest-friendly place, we manage them as well.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).

Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings.
