Very convenient for the purpose of out trip! Perfect for our family of 4 and for our teip needs! In tye futire I can pack lighter, since there is a washer/dryer in the unit!

Great apartment in good location.

We had everything we needed and were only a block or so off the Main Street so we could easily walk to shops. There was a park a couple blocks away on the water by the marina that was great for the kids. The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchenware. We even had a nice deck/balcony with a table and chairs. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay close to downtown Ludington.

This apartment was conveniently located near the downtown of ludington. I was glad to be in the unit due to having a porch and the end parking spot. The area overall is OK. You can walk to beach if you are not taking a lot with you. But there is a bunch of parking at the beach especially if you get there early. The apartment was clean and had what we needed. If I ever go back to Ludington or know anyone going I would recommend Stram. Check in and out was easy and the directions were clear and communicative.

Great location!

I’m very pleased with my stay. This apartment/condo is super clean, in an excellent location(even though it’s above a hobby shop)! We loved being able to walk everywhere! The owner was super responsive and answered very quickly. Book it! Highly recommend!

Very nice accomodations. Great location. Hard to get AC temp regulated. A mirror by an electrical plug in the living room or bedroom would be nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was excellent—just a short walk to downtown and the marina. The building felt secure with a locked exterior door, and check-in was quick and easy. The property manager was responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. The unit itself was very clean and well maintained, which we appreciated.A few small things would have made the stay even better: a wider variety of dishes, silverware, and food storage options would have been helpful, as well as the addition of a toaster and some kitchen hand towels. Also, the outdoor trash bins designated for guests were completely full for the duration of our visit—a dumpster might be a more effective solution for this property.One major plus was the parking spot. The assigned spaces for the building are quite narrow and may not accommodate larger vehicles, but this unit’s end spot gave us extra room, which we were very thankful for.Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely consider booking again in the future.

Great location, but they were painting the building and the windows were covered in plastic with no access to the balcony that was pictured on line. A warning that you cant look out the windows or a rate reduction would have been nice. Also there’s a significant cleaning fee and when I went to make coffee in the morning the last guests moldy coffee grounds were in the coffee maker. All fixable problems but for the amount charged, the experience was disappointing.

Nice Ludington Apartment

We had a great time staying at this apartment. Everything was clean and things have been updated since the VRBO listing. Our only complaints were the bed which was extremely soft and saggy and the noise from the A/C units on the roof which are right over the bedroom. The bed was two twin mattresses put together like a king. The listing says queen mattress. Other then that it was a great location and decent value in Ludington.

Excellent apt right downtown

Easy check-in with codes. Parking clearly marked and near door. Apt above store is clean and well-supplied with everything you need. Comfortable couch and bed. Owner quickly answered question. Air conditioning wall unit better in living room than bedroom but large fan supplied to remedy. Very pleasant stay right in center of town. Walk to restaurants, parks and shops. Highly recommend!

Fun beach weekend

Had a girls beach weekend and stayed here. Walking distance to almost everything we did. We did not use the kitchen at all. We only stayed 3 nights. Would stay again !

Great Location

We were in town for some business and pleasure and were looking for something downtown. This is placed right downtown with easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach and parks.

Great Location

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and even the beach and lighthouse if you’re ok with a little walking. We parked in our designed spot and never had to get back in the car until the end of our stay. My only complaint is that the coffee maker took about a half hour to brew one pot. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location, decent amenities

The location of this property was great! Reasonable walking distance to all of downtown and the beach. The bed was comfortable and the patio was very nice. We felt that there was an odd smell to the place. Kind of like stale menthol cigarettes, it was pretty overpowering. The wifi did not work for the first two days, however the host was responsive about the issue and attempted to fix it. Very slow once it was working again.

Cozy condo

We wish we had more time, but we’re able to spend one night in this condo in Ludington. It had everything we needed and was just the right size. It was very clean and in a location close to food, shopping, and most importantly the beach. The only downfall was that a storm had knocked out the cable so we weren’t able to wind down with a movie after our day of adventure.
