This North Padre Island Paradise is missing nothing but you and your family. This beautifully remodeled, three bedroom townhome offers everything you need for an Island getaway. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, flatware, toaster, electric can opener and even a heavy duty blender for making smoothies or a frozen drink to enjoy by the pool. A broad selection of spices and other kitchen basics makes preparing meals a breeze. Cozy up to the breakfast bar with a hot cup of coffee or tea prepared in the Keurig. Enjoy direct access to the pool from the bottom floor bedroom or enjoy the view from either of the 2 upstairs balconies. Evenings with the kids will be a blast in the bright and cheerful living room with cable TV and a full selection of board games. After a relaxing day at the beach you'll love to cozy up in the luxurious silky linens provided. The Master retreat has a spacious King size bed. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and a day bed and the 3rd bedroom also has a two full size bunk beds. All bedrooms boast plenty of privacy with their own bathrooms en suite and are stocked with plenty of fluffy towels and walk in closets as well as smart TV's. A private grill and beach toys are provided in the garage. Sorry.....NO PETS permitted. This is a non-smoking property. Come stay a while!

Great house with all the comforts of home

Amber made our stay so easy. This is a great house with the comforts of home. The home has many upgrades and is one of the best units in this complex. The beds are SUPER comfy!

Stayed here for our summer vacation. The townhouse is lovely. Has everything you need. It’s close to the beach and to town. Having the pool right outside your door is great for the days when you don’t want to go to the beach.

Great place for the family

We had an amazing time. Loved that the place was clean, plenty of shower towels, pool towels and the kitchen was fully stocked. I only needed to buy essentials. Each room had its own bathroom or shower. The patio areas (3) were nicely decorated, loved that all were facing the pool. Highly recommend to all. Short distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Will definitely come back. Thank you so much Amber for the quick response to messages and text.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. With all the amenities you can imagine. Forgot something? They had it. The location right off the pool is so convenient. The location is cery quiet and all rhe neighbors are very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ms. Anderson for allowing us to use your beautiful property. A+++

Great Stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful townhome. Everything was as pictured (or better). The home was very well appointed. Everything you needed to prepare meals was available. There were tons of fun games. The beach was a short drive or golf cart ride away (less than 5 minutes for sure). Amber and Mark were so friendly and helpful. They made great recommendations on places to eat locally, recommended the place where we rented our golf cart, and even came up with a map for us to use to help us get around on the golf cart. Wonderful welcoming touches, even balls and treats for our dogs!! We absolutely loved our stay here!

Breezeways'

Our stay at Breezways Condominium was absolutely amazing! The unit is located just passed Hwy 361 and in close proximity to HEB Plus on SPID. The unit was clean, and came with everything you need to prepare a nice family meal. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom offered an ensuite, which is very nice when traveling with young adults. This unit faces the resort style pool and offered a wonderful, relaxing time when settling down for the evening. When contacting our host for questions concerning the unit, Amber Lea responded in a matter of minutes and was extremely helpful during our stay. If you are planning a trip to Corpus Christi, this is definitely a unit to consider, you will not be disappointed!

Great family condo

We had a great stay! Amber even has kid plates, cups, and utensils. Neighbors were lovely and it was close to everything. Great communication with Amber. Would recommend this for a fun family trip!

Great condo perfect for families and dog lovers

I first have to compliment our host, Amber, on excellent communication throughout our trip. She was very responsive and eager to please any time I messaged her. The condo itself is fantastic. I chose it for location and amenities and it didn't disappoint. The pool was in great condition and always in use; the only downside is that this place faces the pool on one side, so there may be noise during the day if you have nap culture. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with essentials (including oil, coffee, creamer, corkscrew), there were beach/pool toys in the garage, and laundry with detergent. There's nothing we needed at all, and if we did, I'm sure Amber would have provided if we notified her. Overall, a fantastic stay and would totally use this place again.

Wonderful Family Beach Stay!

This was our annual Fourth of July beach trip. Our condo by far was the best we have stayed in. It had plenty of room for our family, and it was very clean. The pool was very nice and not too crowded. The management was excellent. When I sent a text for a question, Amber replied right away. We for sure will be back for another stay.

Great late summer stay

We had a lovely stay in this condo! There was plenty of space for five adults and two kids and everything was very clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. The pool was nice to cool off in at the end of each day. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Awesome place to stay for sure

This was a perfect vacation for my family . We had everything we needed to be comfortable , place was clean and neat , games for the kids , and right by the pool. We for sure plan on coming back again . 10 stars for sure for this property .

This property was one of my favorites. Very nice house fully stocked with everything you need for vacation. We loved the pool! The house is also so close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! Would highly recommend this rental!

If I could give this vrbo a 10 I would !!! Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The host family were so thoughtful and communicated with us through our stay. If you’ve ever heard the expression “they thought of everything” this would sum up our experience !!! Place was beautiful. Pool was amazing. And short walk to the beach was perfect. What an awesome experience!

Everything was clean, very comfortable, and rooms are separated enough that sound doesn't travel too badly. The owner checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool is a good size. Enjoyed our time.
