AH-B107 Newly Remodeled Ground Floor Condo, Overlooking Pool/Hot Tub, Near Marina

Book your stay at this newly remodeled, ground-floor condo with an open floor plan, overlooking the shared pool/hot tub. Entertain in the open living room with a large couch, futon, accent armchair, and TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 4. Practice your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a mixer, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee off of the back patio which has a view of the shared pool and grilling area. The guest bedroom (BR1) consists of a Twin over Full bunk bed, closet, nightstand, chest, TV, and a desk with a monitor, perfect for distance learning or working from home. The guest hall bathroom is comprised of a granite vanity, a tile shower with glass doors, and frosted windows for privacy. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer located at the end of the hall. The master bedroom (BR2) awaits you at the end of the hallway. It is made up of a Queen-sized bed, chest for your beach attire, TV, nightstands, mirrored armoire, and a desk area, great for applying makeup or working from home. The ensuite bathroom can be partitioned off with the grand sliding door. The spacious vanity allows more than one person to get ready and freshen up and is separate from the large tile walk-in shower with a glass enclosure and frosted windows for privacy. The bathroom can also be entered from the kitchen area. There is an additional alcove sleeping area, not a bedroom, with a Twin over Twin bunk bed. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Perfect Family Beach Condo

Place was immaculate and looked exactly as described. Space was roomy, beds were amazing, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of supplies in kitchen for use. Loved everything about our stay and will be booking again next year.

Very nice and clean!

Me and my family stayed here last year for a family beach trip and we were extremely pleased. It was so great that the condo came well equipped with kitchen ware that was provided, the bathroom towels, bedding and an extra cot bed. Our kids had a wonderful time we all fit comfortably. The living room area was quite spacious and our kids enjoyed the private pool. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Our kids demanded we book this place again for our next beach trip. Also, the commute to the beach was only about 5 minutes! Can’t wait for our next trip! We will be booking again at this location.

Perfect spot

Took the family on a small vacation. This place was just what we needed and exactly as described. Very spacious, very clean, very close to the beach. Maybe 3-5 minutes away from beach,restaurants, gift shops etc. Would definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful!

We had such an amazing trip and that was primarily due to have such wonderful accommodations at Aransas Harbors! The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious with plenty of amenities right on the property. The kitchen was well stocked and able to keep a family of 6 well fed. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of sleeping spaces. You could easily sleep 10 people here. We absolutely loved being able to see the kids splash in the pool from our patio. The only negative was that the master bedroom needs a lock on the door. momma and daddy needed some private time. If you know what I mean. Absolutely will be booking in the future!

Property was very clean and in a good area. Very disappointed in the pool not be working for the first 3 days. Also, the swim passes were never delivered. Would have liked a better deal on a golf club. Would still recommend the property and managing company.

Family Friendly

Ground floor made it easy to enter and exit. I am elderly and my grand daughter a toddler. Stand height bed and chairs also appreciated.
