AH-H229 The Sand Dollar, Newly Remodeled Second Floor Condo, Overlooking Pool and Hot Tub

Book your next vacation getaway at The Sand Dollar condo. This newly remodeled second-floor condo has a view of the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area from the balcony, kitchen, and living room. This home is decorated throughout with a neutral color pallet of the ocean and sand. The full kitchen has everything you will need to prepare freshly cooked meals with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, and utensils. The large dining table is accommodating for six guests with four chairs and a bench. There are three stools at the bar for additional seating. The living room has two large, overstuffed couches, one is a Queen sleeper sofa, made for relaxing with a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony in the bay breeze. Back inside, the guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and closet. The hall bath has a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV, and an accent chair for curling up and reading a book. The en-suite bathroom has a tile stand-alone shower with a glass enclosure. The full-size washer and dryer are located at the end of the hall for your convenience. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Birthday trip

Clean, new appliances and smart TVs, with cable, good location, nice pool and hot tub! we visit Port A every year and have stayed in many rentals, I would recommend this one

Amazing place

We stayed for about a week and it was an amazing stay. The unit was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed hours at the pool and coming home from the beach was a very short drive. We really loved the place.

Really Nice Clean Condo

Second time we have stayed at this property. Very clean, comfortable, and overlooks the pool. Only complaint...not enough kitchen towels and wash rags. Would stay here again.

Beach weekend

Condo was very nice, clean. Property very clean and well maintained. Initial communication with property management had some delays, but actual check in to property was very easy. Had AC issue on arrival, but very quickly addressed and fixed by property management! Quick, easy drive to beach! Suggestions for future updates- consider Smart TV. Overall, one of best VRBO properties we have stayed in- would stay here again!

Short stay

Stayed 4 days in this very nice condo. The only issues to me were the lack of laundry soap, a very tiny bottle of dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The comforter had what looked like a small blood stain by the bottom corner. Nothing was a deal breaker. Just should have been a little more detailed.

Not impressed with the cleanliness

One of the beds had blood and hair on the sheets and the duvet was stained as well. There was trash left behind by previous guests as well. I have stayed at many hotels and Aur BNBs with no issues like this. The part that upsets me most is how much we paid in cleaning fees for it to not be clean. Will not use Vrbo again or stay at this property in the future.

Could have been better

None of the tvs worked! The showers were dirty and so were our towels! One of the rooms wasn’t getting air conditioning it was hot!!!!!
