Beautifully renovated Bay View Escape!

Walk in the front door to see beautiful Aransas Bay across the yard of windswept oak trees! This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bth one-story condo has a boat ramp, day slips, trailer and boat parking & lighted 750ft pier! A sparkling pool also awaits you.

Gorgeous kitchen boasts granite counters and stainless appliances and is fully stocked with dish ware, glassware, utensils and cookware. Coffee lovers will find a coffee press, regular coffee maker and coffee maker for Keurig pods! New dining table seats 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king tempurpedic bed with luxury linens. The master bathroom is fully updated with granite counters, large walk-in shower with grab bars. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, luxury linens and a beautiful view of Aransas Bay. The third bedroom has brand new bunk beds, with a pull-out trundle bed, all with memory foam mattresses and luxury linens. The second and third bedrooms share an updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The condo has a large flatscreen smart tv with cable and streaming capabilities. High speed internet is also available!

Enjoy the Adirondack chairs on the bay-side deck! Beautiful Rockport Beach is just a 10 min drive away. We love our slice of paradise and hope you choose to enjoy our home away from home!

Perfect Fathers Day

This place did not disappoint! very roomie and clean just like the pictures. The private fishing pier was the best part for me. It was pretty much right outside your balcony. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I definitely plan on going back soon.

Great stay!

This place is very clean and well kept. It’s in a good location with an amazing pier for fishing. The owner went out of his way to make sure everything was right for us (which it was!). We will definitely look for this place again when wanting to stay at the coast.

Nice and cozy

The location was very quiet, comfortable and enjoyable for the kids. They had a pool walking distance to the pier overall, the location was great.

Wonderful Bay Condo with fishing pier

We loved this condo! It was very clean and comfortable. Michelle was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Easy access to nice fishing pier. Will definitely book again.

4th of July family trip!

Michele was an amazing host with even better communication. Check in was easy directions were great and the interior of the place was super cozy and updated nicely. The fishing pier was very close… and Michele was super nice and responsive when I couldn’t locate the “code” to the entrance gate. Although I don’t recommend doing this, what I had to do was to text her welllllll after midnight… thanks so much Michele for responding to my message so fast and late. I really appreciate you NOT biting my head off. You rock! We would highly recommend and will be back ourselves!!

Relaxing & well appointed rental!

My husband and I enjoyed a long stay in this lovely rental. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable. The owner went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, as I cook and bake frequently. The beds have comfortable mattresses and quality bedding. We enjoyed the nearby pier and the easy drive into Rockport when we wanted to go into town. Communication was great and we were very happy with our stay.

Great Stay!!

Went with my son, my brother and his son and we all had a GREAT time! The home is awesome!! The pier is great for fishing. Nice grilling area very close to the house. The property Manager Michele was VERY helpful and checked in throughout the stay to make sure we were ok and didn't need anything. She was great!! We will be back for sure next year.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It was so much more than we expected and we are so happy we found this place!!! It has everything we needed and more! Walking distance to the pier, nice home away from home, and so comfy! We didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful oasis! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G Paradise

Hung out with my brothers for our first fall fishing trip of the year. The pier, the pictures don't do it justice. The home was gorgeous to me but of course my brothers just wanted a place to sleep and fish, and they did both with a vengeance!!!!!! Fished all night and never worried about safety issues. The King Bed was a life saver for my bad back. No stiff back mornings.....The customer support is top of the line. Even the people in the town were nice!! No complaints at all. We willbe back!!

Beautiful Property!

The property itself was even more beautiful than the pictures showed! Michelle was extremely helpful and checked in throughout the stay to make sure that we were taken care of and didn’t need anything. The check in process was seamless, the bedrooms were all spacious, and the property was very clean and decorated well. Plenty of room for me, my mother, and 3 kiddos (one being a toddler). Definitely would recommend!

Everything worked perfectly. Everything was exactly as advertised. Tons of extras included. Best fishing pier on the bay!! We caught tons of trout redfish and flounder !!! Would recommend to everyone

Absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! We have rented many condos/homes in and around Rockport, and this one is our new favorite! It is convenient to everything, and the unit was immaculately clean and very spacious for our family of 6. We also enjoyed the grounds of the condo complex-- the bay and pier are just across the quiet street and my younger kiddos loved the pool. Will definitely stay again!

We discovered RRYCC (Rockport Raquet & Yacht Club Condos) on 14 acres of beautiful Rockport waterfront and fell in love! North Fulton Beach Road is a special area with piers, wild life, windswept oaks, and awesome fishing! This property means a lot to us and we are excited to share it!
