The condo is great. The only downfall is you get one assigned parking spot so if you bring a second car it’s difficult to find parking. The street parking is 2 hour and the lots near by are by permit and you will get towed.

We loved the Bluff as a stay while visiting our daughter at LU for family weekend! We appreciated the cleanliness, location and easy access to restaurants/shopping, and amenities! The ONLY downfall was the outside noise, especially at night, but this was mainly because we live in a very rural area and aren't used to it. We will DEF be back the next time we go down to visit her!

Great location

This property is excellent for anyone visiting Lynchburg. The location is perfect and is near everything downtown Lynchburg has to offer (e.g., restaurants, festivals in the park and walking/riding trails abound.

We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Liberty University. Your condo was the perfect place for our family to stay. Having two bedrooms and baths made for a much more comfortable stay compared to a hotel room. We enjoyed sharing meals in the spacious kitchen! Everything was designed and decorated beautifully! Also, having a designated parking spot was much appreciated.

Room with a View

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It is spotless clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. The view off the balcony is what is really worth its price and it is near all the good food. The host is very responsive to texts/messages. Will definitely love to stay here in the future for our trios to Lynchburg over the next 2 years.

Amazing Stay!

Amazing condo within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the kid's museum!! The condo itself was gorgeous and had everything you could want. We will be back up in the summer!!

GREAT!!!!

We have stayed in this building before in another apartment, and were just as pleased with this apartment as we were with the other. The owner was very helpful and kind.....even had snacks waiting for us and a supply of coffee! Great stay.

Great location and spacious

This spacious condo is conveniently located downtown near great restaurants and contributes to the revitalization efforts of the city. This is close to gorgeous hiking trails over and around the river. Prefect for enjoying a drink or coffee while sitting on the patio and people watching below or admiring the train slowly passing.

Fabulous Condo

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at this condo. We were there for our son's graduation from the University of Lynchburg. The location is perfect. Great dining options are all close within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was just the right size for our small family celebration. The balcony was a great place to relax mornings and evenings. The owner, Kelly, was great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely come back again.

Scenic and beautiful condo

Everything was excellent about this property. The condo is pristine. Comfortable beds. Amenities are inclusive for a short or long stay. Love drinking coffee on the balcony watching the view on the river. Located near all the restaurants and artsy shops and close to the colleges so we could watch the athletic competitions. The property manager was available and responsive to any communications. First VRBO stay and it was well worth it!

Less than 10 years ago, downtown Lynchburg was a place we rarely visited. The buildings were run down, most of the stores and shops were long gone, and it didn't feel like a friendly place. But our city has worked so hard to revitalize and that hard work has paid off! Downtown Lynchburg is now an exciting place to be with one of kind restaurants, boutique shops, local entertainment, safe walking/jogging/biking trails, and factory buildings that have been transformed into breathtaking living spaces. People of all ages and stages frequent our city now to eat at a local restaurant, meet friends at the wine bar, ride Bird scooters, and satisfy that ice cream or coffee craving.
When we visited this property when it was still in it's stages of being built, we were blown away by the amazing views and the attention to luxurious detail that went into the construction of the building. We love being able to spend time downtown and are happy to share our space with others so that they, too, can enjoy all our city has to offer.
