Historic Avenues apartment only minutes from the heart of Downtown Salt Lake, the convention center, Energy Solutions Arena (Jazz B-ball), Capitol Theatre, Temple Square, museums, shopping, and still only approximately 45 minutes to the mountain tops and seven world class ski resorts! Located on a tree lined street near many beautiful turn of the century homes. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, two smart T.V.s with cable, an outdoor seating area, coffee/tea and creamer.
No parties or events. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties or events, regardless of any damages.

Great stay in a convenient location; able to walk or use public transportation without hassle. Communication with owner was excellent; they stayed in touch before and during stay. Nice to have a full kitchen to use. Would stay again if we needed a lower Avenues location.

My kids and I stayed to attend the FanX Comic Con. There was close by bus transportation that made travel to and from the SaltPalace Convention Center very convenient. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. It is in an older part of town, so there was no AC, but it did have window AC units and ceiling fans. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The pull out couch bed was acceptable for my 13 yr old, but my adult child said it wasn't comfortable for him. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and towels. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

My August SLC Visit

The apartment is very well located for the purpose of my trip. But few details I like to mention:- The AC units in all rooms are definitely too noisy (very difficult to sleep).-The smoke alarm device should have been checked prior my arrival, as the batteries died It should be placed on the ceiling, not in the back of a kitchen closet.- The sinks (kitchen & bathroom) were 95% clogged out at my arrival.-Mentioning there is a laundromat across the street should be listed in the details. (When I asked, I was sent to 1.3 miles away).

Great location!

I had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal for visiting my son at the University of Utah. Close to campus and downtown. The unit had everything I needed to cook dinner in one night. I would stay again for sure!

Great location!

We loved the location of this rental and walked to coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown SLC very easily. The apartment was clean and the host very easy to communicate with. We arrived really late from the airport and had no issues finding street parking. Check-in and check-out were easy!

Excellent Location

I would stay here again! Drew responded to our needs quickly. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because there were a few things missing including directions for the television, tissues and there was only one washcloth. Drew ordered more cloths as soon as I let him know. The apartment was very clean. Other than noise from the apartment above us late at night, it was quiet and very peachful.

Exactly what we required

Staying for a couple days for parent’s weekend - the U was a quick car ride - parking on street was plentiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet street. Host was helpful and communicated everything clearly. Thanks!

It was very good!! Just needed light bulbs but other than that great place to stay. Worked well for us and we will use again for next convention.

My first VRBO vacation .

The property was just right for me. Very clean and in an excellent location. I felt very safe there, and there was plenty of parking on the street. My only complaint was that the television in the bedroom did not work, and was not working my whole visit. Other than that I would recommend it to my friends.

Comfortable & Convenient

We stayed at this apartment in Salt Lake City for four nights during a convention and had a great experience.Parking & Location:Very easy street parking. The unit is just a 5–10 minute drive from the convention center, which made it perfect for our needs.Apartment Details:Spacious, quiet, and private — ideal for our small family. We stayed with our young daughter and had plenty of space. The pull-out couch wasn’t listed but was confirmed by the host, and it was essential for us. The listing mentioned a balcony, but we didn’t look for or need it.Helpful Tip:There’s a private entrance on the left side of the building. We missed that and hauled our luggage up the stairs to another door — read the check-in info carefully! You can drive closer to that entrance to unload.Cleanliness & Comfort:The unit was mostly clean, and small issues were resolved quickly. The AC was on when we arrived, which was appreciated. The kitchen had what we needed for simple meals. Stores like Target and Walmart were 10–15 minutes away. There’s no dishwasher, and guests are asked to wash dishes before leaving.Host Communication:Drew was incredibly responsive and helped us check in early — much appreciated!Overall:Great stay with excellent communication and location. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great stay in SLC!

We had a great stay at this location. The place was just as described, and perfect for our short trip. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, and included plenty of street parking. We would happily stay here again!
