Elevate your next family getaway at this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath Lake front home! The perfect place to gather, play, relax and reconnect! This Ranch style home has a few steps to the front door and several more to your own private dock and a fun packed furnished boat house with a Ping Pong table, Foosball table, Dartboard, Lilly Pad, Lake toys and a Mini fridge to keep your drinks cold and popsicles frozen.

The interior of the lake house will welcome you with a massive wall of windows overlooking breathtaking lake views with the most colorful sunsets! Gather around the large dining room table for meals, playing games, puzzles or to plan your next day adventure! The kitchen is fully Equipped with all your cooking essentials! We have an oversize natural rock fireplace with electric insert for the cozy evenings! We provide fresh towels and beach towels as well.

Groceries & supplies are only a short drive to Laurie, or take the Community Bridge to spend the day at the Outlet Mall in Osage Beach, or the souvenir shops on the Bagnell Dam strip. There are many Great restaurants within minutes away by boat or land. We are across the lake from Jolly Rogers, around the corner from Lake Burger and a few miles from Coconuts beach bar and grill!

While enjoying your tranquil time at this lake house, you will have lake front waters complete with natural rock and the BEST fishing ever! You can cast your line right from the dock and into our established crappie beds, and If you look closely, you might see some turtles swimming by!

We have a large deck with a gas grill for all your BBQ's and cookouts, a dining area to enjoy your meals and a sitting area with a propane fire-pit to enjoy the Gorgeous views by the fire!

The dock is partially covered and has a picnic table. We have one boat slip space available for your use. Bring your own boat or rent one from the local marina! We have a paddle boat and a canoe available for your enjoyment! You're welcome to bring your own fishing gear & life jackets.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. Safe for kids, dogs, walkers and Joggers. Indian Rock Golf Course & Westlake Cinemas are both close by and minutes away to Jacobs cave for a little spelunking.

Let's not forget the views from the front of the lake house. The heavily wooded area in the front of the house is perfect for inviting many visiting deer, squirrels, bunnies and birds galore- including an eagle which lives in a nearby tree!
