Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Encino, enjoy a lovely stroll to Lake Balboa Park (literally blocks away). Explore the surrounding areas like Ventura blvd, head to the beach, hiking trails, and famous LA attractions. Fast connection to 405 and 101 freeways to DTLA, beaches, mountains, theme parks, museums, studios.
This detached house is not a typical garage converted home. Its size is comfortable at almost 700 Sq. Ft. of living space. Access through the back of the property provides your own private entry, exit and parking.
The open-spaced living room is filled with light from multiple windows and sliding door which gives off a bright and airy feel. Dimmable recessed lighting provides a variety of mood for work from home, cooking, baking, or enjoying a family meal together. A comfortable sofa with a good-sized TV(60 inch high definition), an armchair where you can read a book is made available to you.
Spend outdoors while being safe. Let your kids run in the lawn, slide down in the slides, play outdoor games, (Giant Jenga, board games) and set up a picnic.

Our location is ideal and convenient. Fast connection to freeways 101 and 405. Walking distance to the Lake Balboa parks, Encino sports and recreation centers (golf, cricket, archery, tennis, soccer etc) hiking trails, historical and trendy LA spots. (Hollywood, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Malibu).
