This is a UNIQUE 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen at Divi Phoenix Resort in Aruba.
The apartment is at the end of the tower closest to the beach, with an incredible ocean view from its 2 balconies!!! You see the ocean while laying in bed!
Wake up every morning and enjoy your coffee having the best view in the world!
The resort is beachfront and this apartment is the best the hotel has to offer.
Divi Phoenix is located at the end of the famous High-Rise hotel strip (Palm Beach is rated one of the World's top beaches).
The apartment will comfortably sleep 4 adult guests or a family of 2 adults and 2 children, as there is a sofa-bed in the living area and the apartment has 2 full bathrooms. A pack 'n play can be arranged as well.
The apartment is fully airconditioned, has WiFi, TV in the living area and in the bedroom, hot water in both bathrooms, so it really has all comforts you need to wind down after a day in the hot sun.
Furthermore the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to cook meals in your room, so you can save a bundle. Don't feel like cooking? Roomservice is available, or walk down to one of the resorts great restaurants, or walk down the strip and follow your nose towards many great restaurants at the Palm Beach strip.
Watersports, activities, car rental, anything can be arranged in the lobby of the hotel or at the watersport huts located at the beach.
Another great addition to the value of this apartment is that it has a washer/dryer combo in the room, so you can pack light.
We will make sure the room has some cooking basics, condiments, coffee, tea, washing powder, and the hotel will provide shampoo, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, towels and clean sheets.
One housekeeping visit will be included during your week stay, but you are free to book more housekeeping at the front desk and pay this directly to the hotel (USD 35 per session).

NOTE: local taxes of the hotel have to be paid at check in and are NOT included on VRBO.
These taxes consist of:
- Environmental levy of USD 15.00 per stay (onetime fee)

At check in you register at the hotel and have your Credit Card on file at the front desk. Any costs you make (extra housekeeping, food or drinks) will be charged to your credit card and you pay your balance at check out.
