Wailea Grand Champion Villas 3-Bedroom updated Home centrally located in Wailea

Aloha, our home is located in the center of Wailea on the first hole of the Wailea Blue Course and is perfect for families or couples. The 3 bedroom home was recently updated, has high ceilings, and large, sliding glass doors that look out over the golf course and gardens.

Most importantly, this unit is professionally managed by Rentals Maui, so you won’t have to worry about anything. They have a 24/7 emergency number. Any issues will be addressed at the earliest possible time.

Located on the ground floor, there are no steps to the entrance of the unit. The unit is quiet, with a private, landscaped walkway to the entrance. The large lanai features an outdoor dining table to enjoy the sunset view.

Our home has everything you need, including beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear. Just bring sunscreen and enjoy the best year round weather on the planet!

Grand Champions has two pools, including hot tubs and outdoor BBQs. It is located next to the Wailea Tennis Club. Guests staying at our home have club privileges, and can take lessons and clinics as well as book courts for a fee. The tennis club also features a restaurant.

Some of the best beaches in Hawaii (Ulua Beach, Wailea Beach and Mokapu Beach) are a 10-minute walk from the condo. These beaches offer great swimming and snorkeling, and are child-friendly. There’s a beautiful, paved oceanfront pathway that connects the beaches and is ideal for a morning jog or sunset stroll. Public parking is available, should you decide to drive (2 minute drive).

Big Beach (Makena Beach) is a few miles to the south and further down the road is Ahihi Kinau Natural Preserve. In my opinion, the Makena/Ahihi area offers some of the best snorkeling in Hawaii. There, you will find ancient Hawaiian ruins and hiking trails at La Perouse Bay.

Wailea boasts some of the best weather, beaches, restaurants, hotels and activities in Hawaii. Our three bedroom home is within walking distance to the Grand Wailea Resort, Four Seasons, Maui Andaz and the Marriott Resort. Also within walking distance are the Shops at Wailea, including evening Polynesian dance reviews, our favorite ice cream shop, Lappert's, surf shops, restaurants, an ABC Store and luxury shopping including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Tiffany. Not to be missed, the fantastic "deli," Island Gourmet Market located adjacent to the shops. Wailea is truly unique, with all of these amenities in one location.

Privately situated on the Blue Course, and next to the Wailea Tennis Club, enjoy the perfect vacation getaway in one of the most beautiful areas of Hawaii. Mahalo for considering our home and enjoy your visit to Maui!

Wonderful property and close to a host of fabulous amenities in both Wailea and Kehei. Condo was perfect for our family of 4, and we never had one issue with the property for the 10 days we stayed. Property Mgmt was prompt to answer any questions I had and were super flexible on our last day, prior to departure. Would highly recommend and would love to visit this property again in the near future! Family was very happy with the stay and can’t wait to return to our favorite island. Thanks for a terrific experience!

Lovely and spacious 3-bedroom unit. Owner is super reponsive and helpful. I arrived in Maui with an unfortunate combo of migraine and UTI, she helped gain me access to the place sooner so I could rest and overall made sure we had everything we needed. Place is well appointed, has a secret garden feel to it. Lovely landscaping and views. Would prefer higher quality outdoor furniture that fit the space better, but overall place is perfect for a busy family and I would stay here again!

This was a great property and we would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located close to beaches, dining, shopping and other activities, we really enjoyed our stay. The place came with everything you could ask for in a vacation condo and the views from the lanai were incredible.

Excellent Wailea property

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your excellent property in Wailea. The pictures and description accurately represent the property. The check in and check out details were excellent, as was the communication with owner. The property is clean and well equipped. A heads up to potential renters. The property is in the Grand Champion community, which has 2 pools with strict “be quiet” rules. This was not an issue for us as we were a group of 4 adults who sunbathed, swam and read, but maybe too constraining for renters with children.

Great location and property

Really great condo for a family vacation. It suited us really well and was an ideal location for resort activities nearby, beaches, and shopping. Condo was very clean and a great amount of space. Only two recommendations - the kitchen needs some plastic cooking/eating platters and plates for use by the pools, and the AC unit in the main bedroom is old and kept turning off in the middle of the nights.

This was the perfect accommodation for our group. the description was accurate and it was great walking distance from the conference that some in our group was attending, as well as shopping and eating. nice to have something so close but still away from the busyness of the resort area. was a great "home"base for us! mahalo for a wonderful stay! we would definitely return!!!

Comfortable and functional

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in the Grand Champions complex in the past, and it is conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and the best beaches on Maui. This was our first time in this particular unit. The layout is nice and felt spacious. The lanai fronts on the golf course with a peekaboo view of the ocean. There were four usable beach chairs, boogie boards, and a whole bunch of swim fins. The umbrella was broken, but we had brought a sunshade with us, so this didn't matter much. The kitchen was nicely equipped with tons of cutlery and even a rice cooker which was nice, since we like to cook about half the time. There were no barbeque tools, the oven had a single rack, and the paper products ran out about halfway through our stay, but that seems to be the new norm with vrbo's these days! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms very clean and nice. Overall, a nice stay that met our family's needs.

Very clean. No central a/c just noisy window a/cNice lanai. Nice bathrooms with walk-in showers Needs more lighting at night. I had to use my phone flashlight at walk from parking lot to our door. There is no elevator Fortunately we were on the first floor. Need instructions for tv. Toaster didn’t work

A championship stay at Grand Champions

The unit was as advertised in every respect, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues with the unit which the property manager promptly dealt with, which we greatly appreciated.

Loved it!

The space was great, close to everything. Lots of glassware, there were even games. One comment is that one of the bedrooms is smaller with murphy bed, but for our group it was just fine.

Maui Trip

We had a great stay! The property was as described. Check-in was easy and any questions/concerns were addressed quickly. The only thing I would suggest to future renters is to plan to drive to the beach. Although it the description is about 10 minutes walk, it will take closer to 25+ minutes and can be hilly. This will be challenging if you have beach items. I only mention this because we were a party of 4 ladies in our 60s and we thought we’d have easy beach. access. I definitely recommend this property for comfort, cleanliness and its decor. The master bathroom was amazing and both balconies were used extensively.

Wonderful place to stay near Wailea

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was spacious and we were able to feel comfortable in the surroundings. The location is on a golf course and saw our friends on the course from afar. Unlike our other friends, the home has air conditioning which was a relief after a long day out in the warm weather. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again.
