This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The Grand Champion Villa's are known for its great location within Wailea. Within a short distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. Phenomenal accommodation at a reasonable price. The condo is located on the second / top floor of the building and there is a set of stairs to climb to access the front door.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Wonderful Property

The property was just as advertised. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our trip. It was lovely to wake up with a morning cup of coffee sitting on the balcony overlooking the golf course to start our day. Highly reccomended.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was an excellent location on a golf course within easy walking distance of my shops, coffee shops, beaches etc. It is a condo in a group of many condos but overall it was nice a quiet.

Good property had just about everything we needed. Loved all the beach toys. Though not on the beach very nice location. Would have liked little bit more pots and pans selection but otherwise adequate.

Great Location/Unit not quite as advertised

We spent 2 weeks in Wailea with 6 adultsPros: The unit was spacious overall, location is fantastic in Wailea-it's on the "Blue" golf course so very pretty to sit and watch the sun come up from the east and the sun set was great if you go sit on the golf course and watch, there is an assigned parking spot which is nice, there was a very generous supply of garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher soap, lots of bath towels but not a lot of hand towels or face cloths, management was very responsive through the whole booking process, check in and check out were very easy, overall the complex was pretty quiet.Cons: The unit is dated so the fact that it is advertised as "updated" is misleading. It also is not "meticulously" clean as advertised. I gave it a level "3" for cleanliness as it needs a really good deep clean everywhere-it looks like it gets a quick surface clean on departure. The fridge was not super clean either and previous guests had left all of their condiments in there which took up a lot of space on the door. The furniture is dated and needs a good cleaning. The washer smelled of mold even though we left the door and the drawer open all of the time-we only washed towels and a few loads of clothes while we were there.We have stayed in many properties on Oahu, Kauai and Maui and I do not think this property is the best value for your money based on the other places we have stayed and and what we paid for them.

Clean and great location

The property was clean and easy to check into. Great view of the ocean from the lanai. We had plenty of space for 7 adults and 1 toddler. The guest shower was broken but usable during our visit and ended up breaking beyond use, but the property manager was very responsive and had someone come the next morning to look at it. Can’t beat the location - a 4 min drive to public beaches and close to many restaurants and shopping.

Family vacation post California wedding

This property is located by numerous great Maui beaches minutes away. The property was clean and well maintained. We had 6 adults that fit comfortably, an additional two would have worked out just fine. It is exactly as the pictures portray it. Loved it!

Amazing Week

The condo was clean and had plenty of beach towels, chairs, and other beach accessories. It is close to several beaches and lots of good places to eat. Check-in and check-out was easy. We loved it!

June stay

Location was great. Three bedrooms worked well for our adult family. Good beach toys and towels. Plenty of kitchenware. Excellent washer and dryer - took us a while to find it as in a cupboard on the patio! Would come again.

Gorgeous views

This clean and spacious unit has all the comforts of home: came well-stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, which was much appreciated as we were traveling with two 7-year olds! The views from the Lenai are incredible: golf course, ocean, AND mountains all in one! Be sure to catch the sunset from the patio!

Family time success

Amazing accommodations!

We loved everything about this property! The proximity to the ocean, all the beach items that were available for our use, the cleanliness & the silence at night while sleeping were just a few of the things that made this the perfect vacation spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I would like to say that the communication was terrific from the beginning. The check-in process was clearly defined as well as the layout of the complex. The condo looked amazing upon entering the unit. It was noticeably very clean and well maintained. The condo was also furnished with most everything you would need in the kitchen. The only issues we had with the unit was there seemed to be ant problem. We had tiny little ants crawling on stuff in the kitchen and it definitely was a negative for us. Also, the use of one ply toilet paper is a little off-putting. We would however absolutely stay here again and have no problem recommending the condo to anyone.
