Zion house

Great place. Clean and well stocked. Is equidistant between the two park entrances. Short drive very scenic. Several good restaurants in town. Would stay again.

Perfect pup-friendly place

Great house and location!

The house was perfect. Everything was very clean and modern and had a genunine home feel. Great location to stores and parks. I would recommend to anyone who is going to the National Parks in the area to stay here. Had a great time!

Beautiful home in a great location

This is a large, beautifully decorated property which is very comfortable and well-stocked. The view is gorgeous and the home is very conveniently located. So many thoughtful, welcoming touches add to the experience … can’t wait to stay again!

Better than listed!

What a delight to stay in this lovely home! The neighborhood, the views, the cleanliness, the attention to detail , all impeccable! The beds and furniture are comfy. The instructions for everything are very clear and the kitchen is supplied with everything anyone could possibly need. This includes extra dish towels, plastic bags, aluminum foil, things other rentals skimp on. But not here!

Zion Sanctuary

This property was beautifully decorated and maintained!! It was nicely stocked with just about anything and everything you would need including spices and cooking oils!! Our family enjoyed this home very much and would recommend it for sure! About a 15 minute drive to Springdale entrance to Zion.

Amazing home, perfect quiet desert hideaway

We had a great time at this home. Indoors was comfortable and clean. The backyard has a stunning view. The home has basically every amenity you could ask for. The hosts were very communicative and clear on their procedures and expectations. Would recommend and would return again should we return to Zion NP.

The house was everything and more as advertised. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the attention to even the smallest details was impressive. Easy drive to the parks and restaurants, great location. Definitely plan on coming back!

Norris Family Zion trip

Our family of four stayed here during our trip to Zion. Dwight communicated throughout the process and was great to work with. The home was just as advertised, immaculate and well furnished. It made for a nice sanctuary to return to after long days of hiking. We used the hot tub every night which was nice. I would recommend this home to any of my family and friends.

Our stay at Dwight’s place was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and more. The place was very close to Zion so we were able to hike during the day and then come back for a relaxing evening. The beds were very comfortable The kitchen had every utensil and appliance known to man 😁. Thanks for sharing your home with me and my family.

Great stay near Zion

This is honestly one of the nicest vacation rentals I've stayed at, and I've stayed at many around the world. We stayed here for five nights, my wife and I plus three twenty-something kids. The property was sparkling clean and completely as advertised. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was fully equipped (and we used it quite a bit), and the hot tub was a great option after our days of hiking. It's about a 30 minute drive to the main Zion entrance, an easy and pleasant drive. La Verkin itself has a grocery store very close to the house, as well as a great coffee shop/pizza restaurant. When I had a couple of questions about the house, Dwight was very quick respond. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Zion.

Amazing Property

Truly gorgeous rental with all the amenities you could ask for. Everything was labeled, high end, and plentiful. Tons of beach towels, nice bathroom towels, kitchen appliances and accessories, spices, laundry detergent, Kleenex and TP, you name it! The view is gorgeous and the property was wonderful for our family of 7. We went to Zion several days, mountain biked, and enjoyed the area. We use VRBO routinely and this was truthfully the best rental we’ve ever had.

Excellent location and home

Could not have asked for a more lovely home as an access point to Zion. We were a group of friends and the house had everything we could ask for- especially the kitchen! Sunsets from the back deck were amazing. Easy conversations with home owner. Truly a little paradise. Recommend River Rock for food and the local grocery store has a great selection of items. We will for sure come back! Thank you so so much.

Beautiful home base for Zion and Bryce Adventures

Our family of 5 traveled over the holiday break to Zion Sanctuary to enjoy Zion and Bryce and we found the home beautifully appointed, very warm and inviting and well situated to the various locations we wanted to see. Dwight was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The owners have taken time to provide clear labels throughout the house so we knew where everything was as located! The beds are cozy and the house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. A true home away from home feel! We will be back!!

Lovely house with all the amenities

Comfortable well-maintained house with great amenities including well-stocked kitchen, back porch with incredible views, dog accessories, hot tub, and very comfortable beds. Extremely clean! We fell in love with Zion NP and the surrounding desertscape a few years ago and decided that this was the place for snowbirding during the cold Salt Lake City winters. We love sharing our home with short-term renters.

The minute we walked into Zion Sanctuary, we knew this was Our Home in Southern Utah. Spacious, high ceilings. VIEWS! Beautiful backyard spaces. Evening cocktails while watching the sunsets are our favorite passtime.
