Welcome to this Spacious, Sparkling Clean and FUN home near Zion National Park!

Perfectly situated between Zion National Park and 3 State Parks (Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and Snow Canyon) you will be surrounded by hiking, biking, and ATV trails as well as many unique southern Utah's red rock golf courses and several lakes for cooling off and boating. The new Zion Canyon Hot Springs is only 2 blocks away plus St. George shopping centers are only 30 minutes away. You will not be short of things to do.

The home is designed to entertain guests of all ages with a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball hoop and outdoor grill and fire pit. Plus tons of room to relax and make yourself at home indoors.

The 4,000 square foot home has a modern and open floor plan. The large kitchen is fully stocked and features a convection oven, induction cooktop, large professional fridge and freezer, and all the amenities you need to make yourself at home. There is dining space for 18, a large family room and a game loft as well as 2 laundry rooms. The oversized two car garage has a level 2 EV charger available to use for a small fee upon request.

The bedrooms feature king and queen beds with Purple Mattresses and premium bedding. Each bedroom has their own 50” smart TV. There are two additional 72” TVs in the loft and the living room.

The home has comfortable beds for up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms.

Loft: Big loft with couch, 4 daybeds and lots of floor space

The pool and hot tub provide a great way to relax and have fun after your daily adventures. If you are interested in having the pool heated please reach out prior to your stay so we can set it up. October - May there is a $60 per day heating fee. The hot tub is heated year round by the push of a button at no additional charge.

Disclosure: For security purposes we have a smart doorbell and a garage door opener with security cameras. They will be on during your stay.

Our very first trip to the Zion and Southern Utah area was nothing short of spectacular, and it was entirely anchored by our stay at this incredible La Verkin house. We will absolutely be returning and renting this house again—it was truly the perfect home base!The house itself exceeded all expectations. It was incredibly spacious for our group, spotlessly clean, and came equipped with tons of amenities that made us feel instantly at home. Waking up to the view of livestock out the window added a unique, charming element to our mornings. As an added bonus for the fitness-minded, the proximity allowed us to easily drop into the nearby CrossFit gym a few times—something we greatly appreciated!The location is perfect for adventure travelers. Not only is it situated wonderfully near Zion National Park, which is truly breathtaking, but it also allows for easy driving access to other bucket-list attractions like Antelope Canyon and Bryce Canyon.Finally, we cannot say enough good things about our host, Spencer. He was amazing and demonstrated genuinely great communication throughout the entire process. We experienced travel delays due to a government shutdown, and Spencer went above and beyond by checking in on us to make sure we were okay. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, perfectly located, and well-managed home for their Southern Utah adventures. Thank you, Spencer, for an unforgettable stay!

This house was perfection! We loved the property with the pool, hot tub and pickle ball. The home itself was spacious and immaculate. Great layout and it was stocked with everything you’d need. Ideal location for us to explore Zion, Bryce Canyon and surrounding areas. This was such a memorable trip for us and the house was so lovely. Pleasant and communicative owners. Highly recommend!

The kitchen was set up with everything you could need. They had stocked with coffee, all spices , flour sugar and all appliances. The beds were so comfortable, The living rooms had big comfy sofas to watch TV. Outside was wonderful with nice warm pool and pickle ball court We will stay there in our next visit to Zion !!

The place was absolutely stunning the pool and Hot tub was exactly what we needed after long canyoneering days. The kitchen is HUGE enough room for several people to cook together and NOT run into each other! The beds were comfortable and the couch is extremely comfortable! We highly recommend this place and would love to book it again!

Multi-family Trip

Several family members met here from different states to explore Zion and enjoy time together. The property was great proximity to Zion and perfect for relaxation and family time. Family vacation in paradise

Our family’s vacation at Zion National Park was made extra special by our stay in this spacious, beautiful home in LaVerkin. Spencer is a great host who responds quickly to questions. Our family of 12 consisted of ages 14 to 73 and we had plenty of room and fun. Best equipped kitchen ever. I would very much recommend this rental.

Perfect Place to Stay

It was the perfect place to stay. The kids and even the adults loved the pool. The house has so much space that we never felt like we were on top of each other. There has been some additions to the place from when I originally booked it and those additions were a huge plus (love the pergola). Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The accommodations were perfect for our crew of 9. Plenty of space and rooms for all. The owners thought of every detail. The location is exactly 30 minutes from St. George and 30 minutes to Zion. The property is amazing and the backyard is a perfect oasis of summer fun. After morning hikes, there is nothing better than a relaxing afternoon by the pool and then later in the hot tub. Mix in some pickleball and you have a full day!! I will absolutely stay here again. 10/10. Thank you for being a great host.

Great spot for a week visiting Zion and Bryce!

Our family of 11 had a great 7-day stay in La Verkin. We felt the house was even better than advertised. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, spices, etc., and the outdoor area was amazing. At only 30 minutes to Zion, we took multiple trips to the park and were able to stay out of the midday heat. There's also a nice coffee shop/restaurant/bar just a short walk away. I highly recommend this location!

Zion Magic

Our family of five recently had an amazing 6-night stay at Spencer’s home in La Verkin. The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and the perfect base for seeing Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. While our days were spent mostly seeing the wonderful sights of Southern Utah, it was so nice to come back to the house and lay by the pool, and then enjoy a nice dinner in the spacious outdoor living area. Then to cap things off, watch a little tv on the biggest couch I’ve ever seen! We highly recommend this tremendous spot and appreciate Spencer’s hospitality.

After hosting remotely for several years our family decided to move closer to the vacation rental in Southern Utah to enjoy the beautiful weather and all the fun and amazing things here. We love the outdoors, traveling, pickleball, biking, golfing, staying busy and of course keeping up with our 4 kids. We hope you enjoy your stay!

We fell in love with La Verkin and all of it's small town charms. We have kept an eye out for homes in the area for a while and once we found this one we knew it was the perfect place for us. Nestled in between Zions National Park and Sand Hollow, one of our favorite lakes to boat on, and of course the warmth of Southern Utah. We love our home and love that we get to share it with you!

Southern Utah is an amazing place! There are so many things to see and do. After a busy day of playing and adventuring it is nice to go back to a place that feels like and has all the amenities of home. Even for larger groups there is plenty of space to find peace and quiet or fun things to do at the house. There is something here for everyone! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!!
