Mercedes was very easy to contact and was very helpful accommodating us at rhe last minute! The studio was safe, clean, conveniently located and free street parking. I would stay again!

Little Havana Miami

Amazing stay! Great location, quick walk to the Marlins stadium to catch a game. Host is extremely sweet, responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Miami.

Great spot and quiet

This place was so beautiful and clean inside. The bathroom was my favorite part cause the shower was amazing!!!!!Not too far from where you want to go. Would definitely stay here again.

I had an okay stay. I liked the location & the neighborhood was fairly quiet. The studio shares a wall with two other rentals in the house--the loft above and an adjacent casita. Towards the end of my stay, there was construction every day starting any time between 8:30-10am. Since the walls are shared, it is very loud. I would recommend asking about the status of the construction beforehand if you plan on staying here. Cleaniness was good in general, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen (not so much the dishes). The comforter on the bed did not appear/smell clean unfortunately. Luckily I didn't need it thanks to the warm weather! I come to Miami frequently and felt the ants in the studio were excessive. I had to leave out Terro gel most of the stay to keep it under control. Communication and personal organization with the host could have been better as well. There was an odd moment where she lost track of my reservation after I had already checked in toward the end of my stay. It made me feel a bit awkward. I also wasn't informed beforehand about construction, so it was a bit shocking when it happened because of the noise.

Séjour Little Havana

Séjour agréable en couple. Propriétaire facilement joignable et à l'écoute. Il faut juste s'assurer d'une bonne connection téléphone mobile en tant que vacancier étranger! Logement bien situé, propre et cuisine bien équippée. Personnellement il nous manquait un coin salon (intérieur ou extérieur) car nous aimons flaner, lire et discuter mais nous le savions en lisant l'annonce donc pas de surprise. Pas mal d'avions/bruit vu la proximité avec l'aéroport. Des stores/rideaux vraiment occultants seraient un plus car il fait jour dans le logement dès 5h du mat.

overall experience

My overall experience was satisfactory. The property was cleaned and the location was pretty descent. However, I was got there at around 12( noon). The landlord charged me $ 75 for checking in early which I thought was greedy. Then, when I got there I got frustrated because nobody was there to let me in. I was going back and forth via email with the land Lady. She hid the key in the bushes and send me direction via email how to find the key. I got frustrated and was about to go stay elsewhere. That's when she finally called me to tell me where the key was. I was still waiting on my deposit back. Hopefully she releases it. One thing i must say, the place was clean and private.

Great for a stay in the city

The place was cool and very clean when we got in! It was a bit tight for the 2 of us, but we spent so much time out that it was perfect for when we needed a nap or quick bite. Let's in lots of natural light so be aware that (if you are a light sleeper) you will wake up with the sun. Overall a very nice place if you want to be close to the city!

The place was SO small. The description of the place was not fully true. The bed was said to be a queen, but definitely was not. The bed is a full size with a trundle underneath. My boyfriend and i could not even share the bed, so i had to sleep on the trundle and ot was awful. Not comfortable at all. Might as well of just slept on the floor. But, there was really no floor space either. I let the owner know that a light bulb in the bathroom was missing, but never responded to it. We were told that if the towels had makeup on them or any dirt we would be charged for new towels, guess you are not really supposed to use them. The place was clean, but had an air Freshener somewhere that was too over powering, gave us horrible headaches. This is the 2nd time really using Expedia amd our first place was awful and never heard anything back from Expedia so probably won't hear anything about this stay either. We ended up vacating the place early and going to another place. I messaged the owner to advise and let her know that the description of the bed was not right and i received a response that she knew the bed size was incorrect and would work on getting that fixed. My boyfriend is 6ft 3in and he didnt fit on the bed but would not fit on the trubdle either. This was supposed to be a romantic birthday weekend getaway and we had to sleep separately, not so romantic. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Great stay

It was a nice property. It look just like the picture. It was good if you have a rental because u can park on the street or in the driveway depending on which room side you enter in. It was great and I would stay again. No problem from the neighbors and it was mostly quiet. Only noise you hear is from the planes because it’s near the airport. Not too much around but Ubers was a decent price. Check in was easy and smooth. We dropped our bags off way before check in so that was huge help. Overall nice place and I would definitely stay there again.

Definitely recommend!

Check in and check out was super easy. When we ran into issues, the property manager responded right away and got them resolved. Good location to uber around Miami and a comfy place to relax. Would definitely stay again!

Low key and simple space to stay in Latin Quarter

This was a great place to stay in Miami! The apartment is clean, simple, but had all of the necessities. It was really comfortable and soothing. The shower was excellent and the watered remain hot for endless time. We were nestled inside of the Latin Quarter/Little Havanna and it was really sweet to be in a residential part of Miami.

Great location, and great rental!

This rental was perfect for my travel for a business conference at Loan Depot Park. It’s a 10 minute walk to the park which was very convenient. The rental was clean and was stocked with the right amount of amenities for my stay. The owner was attentive and responded very quickly to my questions! I will definitely book with them again in the future.

Nice little studio but not so great experience

Unfortunately our stay was not as nice as expected due to: - Water damage and signs of mold due to leaking AC. It smell very strong when checking in, and I t is a health hazard. - Two 2hrs long power outages (which only affected this property). Luckily we had headlights with us. - Very poor flushing of the toilet, multiple clogs in just two days. - Not enough of the basics (shampoo, toilet paper, napkins). It was NYE weekend and the host offered some help (although our only request for more shampoo or toilet paper was not met) but not enough in my opinion. Other than that the studio is nice and affordable but I would not recommend unless AC, flush and electricity issues are fixed.

Hi Vladimir, you were an excellent guest, unfortunately, the electricity went off on January 1st for 2 hours, not even the power authority was working that holiday, but instead of doing nothing and wait, I hired a 24/7 electrician to help with the emergency, his cost was $500 for nothing as it was not a problem in the property, but as the guests are so important for us, we wanted to be sure we did our best. Regarding the toiletries, you should know that rental properties do not include any toiletries, hotels do and therefore their prices are much higher, but we love our guest's experience and sometime it happens that our guest doesn't have their first-night toiletries, as a courtesy we include shampoo, shower gel, lotion, soap, kleenex, hand sanitizer, hands sanitized soap, paper towel, toilet paper for a short stay, if you ran out of these we are sorry, but they are not included on the services to bring endless perishables to the guest, said this, when you asked your last day of your stay for more toilet paper I didn't hesitate to help, but our maid was sick and she couldn't drive to the property, as you know I informed you immediately that she was sick and couldn't help with the extra task. The AC is new, the unit is freshly painted and has no mold, we remind you that saying an untruthful issue is not elegant and it is not allowed in guest etiquette. After your review a plumber came to review your concern, he told me there were wipes clogging the toilet, we remind our guests that toilet paper in abundance is not recommendable for any toilet, and wipes are totally forbidden to be flush in the toilet.

Just what we needed

We booked this spot because it was central to where my husband and I wanted to visit. Easy check in and checkout. A few things to be noted, we needed to ask for an iron, communication was great but the iron was older model. The shower door is glass, when we showered the water leaked between the cracks soaking the floor mat. We did not use the kitchen or the washer/dryer so can't comment on that. Price, location, privacy, you can't go wrong.

Travel nurse in Miami

I stayed at Mercedes studio for almost 2 months during my travel assignment in miami. i enjoyed staying here and will stay here again if possible when returning to miami. I have no complaints. I love this little studio and i felt very safe as i was there alone. The studio is in a central location and close to everything! Mercedes was so attentive (i locked myself out twice) and she was there to help both times. Overall, loved everything about my stay. :)

I absolutely love this little studio! It was clean & safe. I will be honest, they have a loft attached & the cleaning crew did wake me up a few days (walking hard & loud) but OVERALL the stay was Fabulous! 100% recommend this place for your stay!
