In the heart of the Golden Triangle of Périgord Noir, in an exceptional environment, charming local stone house with breathtaking views of La Dordogne valley and the castles of Beynac, Fayrac and Marqueyssac, as well as the bastide of Domme.

At the top of a hill at the end of a small path, you will stay in the countryside, in the middle of lush greenery, no nuisance, absolute calm.

The rental season runs from the Easter holidays to mid-October:
- rental only per week, changeover flexibel;
- from mid-June to mid-September, changeover only on Saturday;
- months of April, May and August, rental only per 2 weeks and changeover on Saturday.

End of stay cleaning and laundry costs (bed sheets and towels) : 200 €

The house is equiped with mosquito net blinds.

Private swimming pool of 9 x 4.5 m: single depth 1.60m, heated to 25 degrees (from 01/05 to 01/10), treated with SALT, with wooden terrace and deckchairs.

House surface 130 m2 with
- 3 bedrooms: 1x GROUND FLOOR, 160 cm bed + shower room and separate toilet // 2x UPPER FLOOR: 1 bedroom 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom 2 x 90 cm beds or 1 x 180 cm bed + shower room and separate toilet // foldable babybed + babybath;
- equipped kitchen: coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, citrus press, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher // kitchen open to a large living room with TV, Fiber Optic Internet, child's high chair // scullery with washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer.

Vast land of 5800m2, unfenced, terrace with garden furniture, large garden table with chairs, 6 sunbeds and barbecue.

Bakery and shops/restaurants in the village of Beynac 8 min by car; hiking trails from the house.
You will be near La Roque-Gageac to spend pleasant afternoons on a barge and the leisure center of Castelnaud. You will also have view on the Dordogne Valley, situated at 4km from the historical village of Beynac, ranked among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France".
