Hollywood, Florida may not be as famous as its namesake in California, but that doesn’t mean that you should give this city a miss in favor of a trip to Los Angeles. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, there is a gorgeous beach here which makes this is the perfect destination for those who want to spend some time on the sand. There is a historic boardwalk that has a wealth of beachfront dining and accommodation and will help you make the most of the sun and surf in this city. The beach is not the only thing that Hollywood has going for it. As you venture into town, you will find amazing galleries, parks, and cinemas. If you love culture, you won’t be disappointed by the wealth of events that center around art here such as public art installations and the ArtWalk that takes place every month. Getting around

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the vast driveway offers two parking spots. If not there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*


Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.


There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 9 am

4. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
