The OctoBnB is a mid-century modern bungalow built at the height of the Hollywood Beach boom. This quiet, dog-friendly, 4 bedroom 3 bath oasis that can sleep 6 adults and 2 children, is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sunshine or exploring. Centrally located among the beaches, restaurants, golf, and nightlife of Hollywood, it has a pool, a brand-new cabana (w/ sofa, TV, wet bar, arcade, laundry, and full bath), a well-equipped kitchen, bright and comfy furnishings, smart TVs, and fast WIFI. Dog-and-kid friendly Jackson Park with playground, tennis, bocce, baseball, and basketball is right out your front door!

The property is really nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. It is very accessible to pretty much everywhere including FLL airport, downtown Hollywood and the rest of South Florida. I have to say ,the beds were very comfortable and the house was spacious. We had a few issues during our stay, but the host was responsive and got us taken care of. All-in-all...a solid 4 stars. Would have been 5 without the issues, but like I said the host made sure we got taken care of based on availability of service. So Thanks to Nate who kept me abreast of all the developments. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is absolutely perfect. It was in a great location, easy to get to everywhere in Hollywood and the layout was perfect. The Cabana out back was a cute little bonus. The pool was clean, the yard well kept and if you’re bringing your 4 legged babies, the fully fenced in backyard is perfect and there is a dog park right across the street. It is neither good nor bad, just a matter of what you prefer, but the beds are more on the firm side in case you like a bed more on the softer side, that way you are prepared. The only downside I can think of is there is no driveway so you do have to park on the street, but we never had a problem finding a parking spot. The host was quick to reply with any questions or concerns. Overall, you will not be disappointed. It is definitely a 5 out of 5 stars! It will be our new go to rental when visiting the opposite coast!

From check in until 7 pm I waited for the cable guy. Couldn’t swim, walk, go out to eat, Watch tv. Bad smellNear kitchen sink. Reported Miscommunication about my dogs being with me. Steps to house were impossible for my elderly dogs and not easy for me. A note about that might be in listing.

The house was great! Clean, spacious, as advertised, great pool, next to a nice park and close to the beach! My entire family really enjoyed it. We would definitely rent this place again.

Amazing staycation

I have a townhouse in north Broward and needed a place for my 3 girls and some of our friends to host a weekend of relaxation and celebration of 2 graduations and one 21st birthday. This property was perfect! Well appointed and full of charm. The host, Nate, has thought everything. The fully equipped pool cabana was a great surprise and perfect for setting up snacks and sodas for the young folks. The back yard and pool are a dream. When you first pull up, the exterior is unassuming at best. But when you open the door, a beautifully renovated and updated interior awaits. Just beautiful and unique. The Octo theme is amazing. Nate is an easygoing and helpful host. I almost felt like I made a friend. I highly recommend this wonderful gem.

Family vacation

Our family consisted of 5 adults and our 11 month old grand daughter. This house was perfect for our family, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was especially convenient it included a playpen and high chair for the baby. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils and cups/glasses. The only thing missing we would have like was a BBQ. We really appreciated Nate for his quick responsiveness and accommodating us on any issues we had. We loved the heated pool especially for our grand daughter! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and great pool!!

We had a wonderful time at this home. My kids (14, 12, and 3) loved swimming in this heated pool. The house was clean and across the street from a park. I would definitely stay here again!

Fun family stay

We had plenty of room for family to stay in the comfy bedrooms, a nice big kitchen and dining room, an awesome cabana by the pool with games. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood near a school and a Publix. Fun octopus theme. It’s great for little family get-togethers. Definitely coming back!

Perfect christmas

I have a daughter in Michigan and one in Florida. We met in Florida for Christmas. This house was perfect for all of us. We were able to comfortably able to host Christmas Day for all of us. Nick was wonderful, the house was stocked with everything we needed and the pool was a bonus. Thanks Nick.

Amazing!

First time staying in a VRBO, absolutely loved everything! This host responded in 5 min when we asked if he could turn the heat up in the pool! The house was spotless and stocked with ANYTHING we could have needed.

Dolphins Game Retreat

Excellent place located a few minutes from the beach and lots of places to eat. 30 min to Hard Rock Stadium. Nice pool and great dining room with TV for playing games while watching the game.

Great PLace for a Family Gathering

The property was perfect for our needs -- plenty of room, comfortable beds, great location for kids with a great and safe park across the street, a walkable neighborhood close to shopping and the beach. We highly recommend this place. The Owner was responsive and easy to contact -- as well as pleasant to deal with on check in and other details.

This is an older home that has been renovated and retrofitted with many of the latest features. Very comfortable and is located in close proximity to many activities and restaurants. Pool was very relaxing and family enjoyed playing arcade games.

Solid, but met with disappointment

In our search for a rental, we had 3 priority filters: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & A pool. Based on the description, which listed 3 bathrooms, there was no other reason not to believe that all 3 bathrooms were located in the house. And so, this was not questioned. Our son and daughter were to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. However, this 3rd bathroom was located outside the house, in the cabana. We felt that the description was not clearly portrayed. If a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home had been advertised, we would have continued our search. Our other priority was that of a pool. While yes, we did have access to a pool, there was a higher expectation for cleanliness. Immediately upon entering, we were met with so much black ground-in dirt on the steps. The appearance of the inside of the pool looked as if it had not been cleaned in quite a while. Seeing this every time we entered the pool could not be overlooked. The most disappointing feature of the past week was that of the bed/mattress in the master bedroom. For 6 consecutive nights, every turn, every roll and every movement was accompanied with annoying creaking. We recorded a short video on our very first night. Our nights were frustrating & unpleasant. This is what we endured with for 6 nights. My wife was extremely dissatisfied with our sleeping experience. Not at all indicative of relaxing sleep while on vacation.

Friends weekend

We had a wonderful stay in Hollywood, FL. The owner of the property, Nate, was extremely responsive to the questions that our group had. He even offered suggestions for a nice steak dinner at a local restaurant. The property was very clean and modern. We spent quite a bit of time in the back yard around the pool. I would highly recommend this property!
