This accommodations are ideally located in the heart of the Arcachon basin.

The lake is 5 minutes by car (or 12 minutes by bike), 20km from the Dune du Pilat and the ocean beaches, 20 minutes from the Arcachon golf course, 8 km from the Zoo, many amusement parks (the ladybug, Aqualand...), equestrian center, racecourse.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Local shops are 1km away, within walking distance (bakery, café, tobacconist/press, pharmacy, market on Tuesdays).
The accommodation
Very nice and bright family house of 100 m2, recently renovated and fully equipped, on a fully enclosed plot of 800m2

Ideal for 6 people.

The house has a bright living-dining room open to the outside, a closed kitchen, fully equipped (oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster...) and a pantry with fridge/freezer and a washing machine, on one level.

Three beautiful bedrooms:

1st bedroom: a double bed (140) with built-in wardrobe.

2nd bedroom: a double bed (140) with dresser and TV.

3rd bedroom: Two single beds 90*190 with built-in cupboard.

A bathroom with bath and shower, 1 toilet. WIFI.

3 terraces, the largest of which is south-facing, equipped with a bioclimatic pergola, an awning and a barbecue.

A garden table and chairs will allow you to eat outside and large armchairs to enjoy it.

A swing and a table tennis table also complete the garden.

Dogs and cats are welcome, as long as the dogs are calm, clean and non-destructive.
The garden will have to be cleaned so that everyone can enjoy it, it will be checked and a cleaning penalty of €100 may be applied.

From May to June: 4 days minimum or school holidays,
July and August: Weekly rental only
Other remarks
A concierge service will welcome you and will be available throughout your stay if needed.
Bed linen not provided, but on request the concierge can provide you with some (sheets, pillowcases, dish towels, bath mats).

You will simply have to tell me at the time of booking to benefit from it.
