Twin Palms is a beautiful gulf front home on Holiday Isle, in the heart of Destin. With amazing views, stunning interiors, and an impeccable location, guests can enjoy their stay in style at this lovely home. Holiday Isle is a coveted strip of road off of Highway 98 and boasts Gulf-front access as well as views from the Destin Harbor and Norriego Point. Notably, this townhouse is situated next to the Destin Jetties; a popular snorkeling spot that plays host to numerous marine life. Take a walk to Norriego Point for some family fun and view the Destin Bridge as all of the boats come into the Harbor. This location is close to shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities!

With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, three floors of this townhouse allow for plenty of space for you and your guests. The first floor welcomes you with a luxurious king suite. Complete with private patio access and views of the Gulf, an ensuite bathroom, and a large flatscreen TV. This suite is perfect for those who prefer to not use stairs and seek access right onto the sugar sands of the Emerald Coast.

Guests can seek dining and entertainment on the second floor. Entering the second floor you are greeted with coastal chic appeal. A comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV and a balcony that overlooks the Gulf welcome you. This townhouse is complete with a fully equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances. In addition, the second-floor balcony was created for entertaining. An outdoor dining area, comfortable patio furniture, and an onsite grill are all found on this balcony.

Two more bedrooms are located on the third floor. The master bedroom has private balcony access and unparalleled views of the Gulf. Also, an ensuite bathroom with a spa-style tub, dual glass sinks, and a walk-in closet are found in this suite. The final bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a chic sofa chair, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom. In addition, an in-unit washer and dryer are found on the third floor.

In addition to all the features listed, this home is equipped with a UV-lighted HVAC system for enhanced guest safety. UV lights are placed within the heating and cooling system to keep the guests, air, and unit safe from bacteria, mold, mildew, and other allergens and toxins. Twin Palms is ideal for making memories during your next getaway. This townhouse is just minutes away from everything Destin has to offer, such as recreational water activities, shopping, and dining.

We stayed here for our wedding and had a great time. The rooms are spacious and had plenty of room for hair and makeup. The hosts were VERY hard to get in touch with and in fact never responded when the tvs did not work or in regards to parking. We had to call a customer service number to get assistance and other property managers nearby. The important items like bedding and towels were clean, but the counters, floor, and bathroom showers were not.

Loved that it was in a quiet location and the beach wasn’t that crowded. Also the fact that we could take our dog with us. Only dislike was the walking distance to get to the beach and to get past the private area where the Emerald Grande chairs and umbrellas were setup. Other than that it was a great vacation.

The property is beautiful, but the listing doesn’t clearly state that there’s a two-dog limit and only one garage parking spot. There’s no additional parking at the property or in the neighborhood. Also the bulk of the beach is private property owned by Emerald Grande. Their workers will make you move past all of their chairs - which is at the opposite end of the beach area. Overall I would recommend this property as it is beautiful and peaceful.

Working with the host was wonderful with tons of information and recommendations. Check-In was seamless, but the pictures and narrative did match expectations of actual property.

Relaxing beach stay

The house was as appears in photos. Clean, very comfortable beds, lots of indoor and outdoor space. The view from the deck, and proximity to the water was awesome! We had a great week, despite the 5 inches of snow!

Incredible views

We loved our stay and would return. Would give the unit five stars however there were several pieces of living room furniture in poor condition and the overall cleanliness upon checkin was much less than desired. However, we enjoyed our time there and would return if visiting Destin again

Incredible Vacation!

What a gorgeous, comfortable, luxurious home! Perfectly located in close walking distance to the beach with amazing views! We were so close to groceries, activities, and restaurants .The kitchen was a delight to cook our meals in. The grill was superb. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful Sunsets and Great Location

This is my second time staying at this property. We love the house and the staff! The staff has always been really helpful and quick to respond. There is a little walk to the Jetties which is great for snorkeling and no waves for the kids. If you want waves and lots of shells just a 3min walk away. The best of both worlds.

Lovely House

My family and I had a wonder stay at the Twin Palms. It was very clean. I would definitely like to stay there again. The walk to the beach is a bit far in the soft sand but nothing terrible. Overall a great experience.

Living the Dream

This property was absolutely beautiful. The location was great and in a very quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for us, my elderly father was able to stay on the first floor with easy access to outside. The main level was great for entertaining and the grill was amazing! We enjoyed watching all the beach activity from the balconies but was also a short walk to the beach. The sand is like powder and the water was clear and blue! We loved everything and will be back!

Boyfriends birthday!!!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! The house was wonderful with plenty of room for 7 people!!! The beach is at your back door!!! However, we were told we weren’t allowed to sit on the private beach and had to either go over to right a little or past the last umbrella on the left. That only happened the 1 time, otherwise we were fine. The location was perfect for restaurants and things to do!!! We would definitely stay here again!!! The neighbor on the right was awesome! She and her little dog daisy live there year round. She was very nice and accommodating to our noise lol!

Amazing views

The unit was very clean and well stocked. Views were amazing! Overall we were very happy with the unit. The only negatives were there was only parking for 1 vehicle and when we went down to the beach the Emerald Grand had their set up along the entire beach and we were rudely told we could not sit in or around their area and they directed us to the very end next to the rocks which was much further than we wanted to walk. This definitely needs to be noted in the unit summary!!!

Great spot overall

The stay was great for our size group. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Location is good. However the closest beach is in the inter coastal and is .35 miles to the actual ocean side. It's a bit of a walk in the sand. But worth it once there! Overall a great value for the price! Parking is the biggest issue. Can't really have more than 1 car. But we managed.

Must love stairs

House is very nice, location is good but pictures are a little deceiving in that the beach with umbrellas and chairs is not available for renters of this property. You have to walk further down the beach to set up. The beach & chairs and umbrellas are reserved for another hotel that boats their guests over. There is no chair rental service available on the beach around this property. This was a bummer since we were already traveling with a million things with small children we were hoping to rent chairs and umbrellas. I had also called the rental company before going and was not told we wouldn’t be able to rent chairs. There were decent folding chairs in the closet of the property that we took down to the beach so we didn’t have to go out and buy chairs. If bringing more than 1 car you’ll have to find somewhere else to park your extra car. When we booked and arrived the sign said we could have 2 cars, but I did notice they had changed the sign by the time we left and only 1 car is allowed, which makes sense because there really isn’t room for 2 cars at this location. Overall it is a nice house and we had a good time, but would not book here again.

Parking nightmare

BEWARE! Parking is near-nonexistent at this rental, and that detail is not mentioned in the listing! There is only room to park ONE vehicle, and it’s a small garage that can only fit a car or small SUV. The rental says it can accommodate 10 people with its 3 bedrooms, but how does that translate to one car?? There are multiple signs around the area reminding you you’ll be towed if you park in the wrong place, too. When I called the management office to ask where there was more parking, the rep said “You could try the nearby Wal-Mart, or I’ve heard one of my coworkers tell people to park at a nearby church.” I ended up having to park my truck three miles away at Target for the week we were there. The townhouse itself is nice enough overall, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and the gas grill works well. Cleanliness could have been better in the bathrooms, as there were multiple hairs in our bathtub. Some of the AC vents sweat with presumed condensation on our last day there, and this made the bottom floor bedroom stink. The property is a bit back from the water, which you can see from the listing. Prepare for a walk and bring a wagon to haul your beach gear, *especially* if you want to go all the way to the Gulf itself rather than the beach immediately nearby within the jetty. Overall, would not book again.

This is a beautiful location with beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The decks were good size to enjoy the views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, however, I was highly disappointed when I went to walk out onto the beach and there was a fence with a no trespassing sign less than 1 foot off the back deck. Not the access I was looking for as listed by the add for the downstairs suite “access right onto the sugar sands of Emerald Coast”. This was the first time I booked a place right on the beach, so this was upsetting. It was not clear whether access was still permitted where the fence ended, or whether it was all limited. ID may be required for checking in means you may need to scan your ID to an agency online. If you have more than one person with a vehicle, parking will be a problem as it is limited to one vehicle and it must fit in the garage. There is no other nearby parking.
