Stop and ride horses in bay, get out on the water in a kayak, paddle board, jet ski or boat - or just relax on the deck, grill ‘n chill around the fire pit, Eat outside with your family & friends - enjoy your stay at our Paradise Home! This is an entire 1470 sq foot, 3 bed (double masters), 2 bath, newly remodeled 100 year old home, with a full kitchen, laundry room, ample parking for multiple cars, lots of outdoor living space, and dedicated office and workstations for your mobile work and/or schooling needs during your stay with us.

The 1470 sq. foot has 3 Bedrooms(double masters), 2 Baths of A/C Living area not including the outdoor living space on the deck and in the backyard.

* The 1st master bedroom features a very comfortable King Size bed, ensuite bathroom off the walk through closet, dresser, night stands, mobile workstation, and Smart TV.

* The 2nd master bedroom features a queen bed, en suite bathroom, nightstands, mobile workstation, Smart TV and closet. French doors provide direct access to the deck.

* The 3rd bedroom features two XL twin beds, double mobile workstation, sitting bench, Smart TV and closet.

There is 500 mps Mesh WiFi throughout the house that reaches to the outside for your mobile entertainment, work and/or schooling needs… or just letting the kids connect their Gadgets and relaxing while watching your favorite shows and movies... everyone is happy :)

The Smart TVs have Netflix and the Spectrum cable app on them for your entertainment. You can also contact your steaming aps.

CLEANING: Health, Safety and a relaxing stay is most important to us.
☑ This property is cleaned by a professional cleaner, trained to, or greater than, the standards followed by commercial hotels.
☑ We have extended the time between guests to at least 12 hours.
☑ High touch surfaces are first disinfected (knobs, handles, remotes, appliances, lamps etc) then the property is disinfected again as the cleaner leaves.
☑ The property is cleaned with professional cleaning products.
☑ All towels, linens, etc are washed and dried at high heat temperatures prior to every guest.
☑ Self check in/check out to reduce person to person contact.

We will not be available in person unless absolutely needed, however I will be available to you via text/call or email, generally with a short response time. Additionally, the people that take care on the house live very close.

Neighborhood Overview:
Amazing Bradenton Florida location, close to Anna Maria Island and the water:
There are miles of beautiful white sand beaches, just minutes from the front door of your vacation stay!

This beach getaway is centrally located downtown Bradenton, FL and Anna Maria Island.

There are a ton of great beaches, beach restaurants, waterfront spots, activities, beach bars and everything you guys will need close by. If you want to get out on the water head over and rent a kayak, paddle board, jet ski or boat.

Typically there is not much parking available during vacation stays, but not at our place; there are spaces for two cars, or a car and a boat or RV.

There is a Beach Trolly on Anna Maria Island that will take you to all the spots you will want to go during your stay.

Getting Around:
A car or hired transportation is suggested for getting from the airport to your getaway if you're flying.

Once you arrive, you can park the cars, in the ample parking spots on property, and Uber or Lyft to the short distance to Anna Maria Island, the Beach Trolly running up and down beaches, or to downtown Bradenton during your entire stay!

A terrific stay!
My purpose was to attend a number of Pirates Spring Training games at both LeCom Park and Pirate City. This was the perfect housing placement as its close to both sites. It's also close to the downtown marina area, with two quality restaurants: Pier 22 and Oak & Stone. The property is well maintained with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an ample kitchen. Recommended!

We have been coming to Bradenton and Sarasota for thirty-plus years. A few years ago we decided to buy a place here. We looked at hundreds of houses, villas, condos and even a boat! Earlier this year we were in town to finalize an offer on a different property when we decided to check out this house - just for fun. Needless to say, that offer was withdrawn and we purchased Paradise.

Great look and feel. It is in a great location with little traffic, but easy access to anything we need. It's not a cookie-cutter house. It was built in 1925 but100% renovated and decorated last year. The outdoor space is great as are the neighbors and neighborhood. It was very important to be close to the beach, Anna Maria Island, Manatee Beach, Village of the Arts, Beach Market, Old Main Street as well as Cortez, Sarasota, St. Pete/Clearwater and Tampa.

Close to the beaches, without the on-beach expense. New beds! Great wi-fi net, Three Smart TV's, office spaces, room for 8. A great backyard with a cool deck, the Paradise Pavilion, and a fire pit. Very relaxing, open concept environment, with modern amenities located within a unique old house.
