The only TINY HOUSE in downtown St Augustine! Experience this great city in the most unique rental house in town! Easy walk to town and still enjoy the vibrant culture of Lincolnville. Relax and explore. Plenty of parking on site. This is a TRUE "Tiny House" with 400 sq ft of living space. 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a small living area and kitchen. Cable TV and WiFi. Front porch / back patio for outdoor enjoyment. It’s located just across the street from the Ice Plant Restaurant. PETS OK WITH FEE.

Perfect for what we needed. Clean, cozy and close to local food and shops. Only thing I would suggest is getting another mirror for bedroom. Everything else was great.

Clean tiny home

This home was accurately portrayed. The large porches, front and back, and fenced back yard were of benefit to our stay. The home was well appointed and met our needs.

Our Tiny stay

We rented a Tiny House in St Augustine and it was perfect for us. The house is small, hence the name, but perfect for 2 people. It is in walking distance of downtown St Augustine. We had a real nice time.

Christmas Getaway

A wonderful stay in St. Augustine for the holidays. The location is perfect to keep you just far enough from the crowds while still being in walking distance to anywhere you could want to go. The house was cozy and just right for two.

Nice little cottage

Not pretentious. May be a little small for some but, it was just right for us. Great location. The only thing it could use is a full length mirror. That way I don't have to listen to my wife complain about it next time. time we stay there.

Great property, great location!

We loved the Tiny House in St. Augustine! It is in the best location, just across from the amazing St. Augustine Distillery, Ice Plant, and Fish Camp. And it is only 10 walk to downtown. The house has everything you need for your vacation and the host is amazingly responsive! Thank you!

It is a decent place, not fancy, but doable. Couch was not comfortable, loll, a futon and arm broken. Shades were broken too, and backyard was not kept up. I cleaned up porch and washed windows for them. It could be so much better, but as with most places, they are not kept up.

I just Loved this Tiny home and will come back. It was perfect for walking around downtown. It was decorated like a beach home and had everything you need. I highly recommend!

Cutest tiny home!

I only wish I stayed more than one night! Such a cute place and I loved all the comforts of home. The bed was very comfortable. I traveled with my dog and was surprised that the back yard was fenced in! I may have missed that when reviewing the amenities but that was a game changer for me and I will definitely rent here again when I come to the area. It’s a great location and so close to all the restaurants, shops and water views! I highly recommend staying here!

Meeting friends

We stayed for one night in St Augustine to see friends before traveling to the Florida keys. We wanted a dog friendly house that was walking distance to St George’s. This house met both. Was clean with a functional kitchen.

Tiny house big location

We had a scooter to get around, but you are easy walking distance to everything. Fabulous restaurants across the street. Somewhat industrial feel, but not after walking around.

This Tiny House has anything you might need while staying there. We liked the way you could open the wall of the bedroom to go right iinto the bathroom.i baked while we were there. You can get on the trolley across the street from this house. You won't go wrong choosing this house.

This was the cutest little house and they had all the extras you might have missed packing. Very thoughtful and easy to work with. The bedroom wasn’t the coolest so if you tend to sleep hot, bring a fan. Other than that everything was great! Will def stay again!

It would be nice to have some pamphlets or a list of close restaurants nearby. Like I have an Italian place of pizza place a burger place a fish place. We didn’t even know that there was a fish camp right across the street until I was walking.

My overall review for this property: There’s probably a Motel 6 somewhere close by that will offer the same level of cleanliness, comfort, and safety at a much lower price.

The St Augustine Tiny House is located in the heart of Historic Downtown. You can walk to great Restaurants, Shops and Galleries in just a few minutes. If you rent bikes from Drifters Rentals, it’s that much easier to get around. The famed Ice Plant Restaurant is right across the street. Make sure to visit the Blue Hen Cafe a few blocks south. This is a great low cost option for enjoying all that St Augustine has to offer!! Saint Augustine Beach is just a short drive away, make sure to catch the lighthouse on the way over to Anastasia island.
