From the moment, we pulled in the driveway, we fell in love with the house and neighborhood. Inside, the house is spotless and adorable with comfortable beds and chairs. Neighborhood is quiet and you are very close to downtown. There are 2 chairs on the front porch and a lovely fenced yard out back through the screened porch. Communication with the host was excellent, incredibly quick and I sincerely felt he wanted to be sure we had a wonderful experience- which we did! We look forward to visiting again.

Very nice updated home in a great location. Close to historic St. Augustine and Vilano Beach. Kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very nice. Being a pet-friendly VRBO made it a real winner for us. Would certainly stay again.

Washer & Dryer available in house.Kitchen appliances looked to be new. Everything was very clean and wasy ti use. The neighborhood was quiet and well lighted. Parking convenient in drive at side of house.

Beautiful house. fully fenced backyard, perfect for dogs, which i dont think was mentioned in the listing or shown in pictures. Perfect location minutes from all the attractions in St augustine. Has both keurig and a regular coffee pot (always a stressful question for me). We had one small issue where the electronic lock jammed and we were locked out of the house. But i think that was a freak accident and Gerald our host helped resolve the situation. It was still stressful so that is the reason for the 4 stars. It probably honestly deserves all 5.

Myself, my daughter & her 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this adorable house. Everything was just as described. Location was perfect & so was the house. Cant wait to come back!

Comfortable home and quiet neighborhood

I found this Historic Gem to be very comfortable and clean. They provided most everything you could want to cook meals or just relax on the comfortable furniture. There were also great outdoor areas (screened porch and back deck) but the weather was too warm out to make use of them. The hosts were quick to reply whenever I had a question. The home is within walking distance to many tourist attractions as well as the historic district. The neighborhood felt safe and I highly recommend this property.

Close to everything but quiet and comfy

Enjoyed our couple's stay! Would've liked a TV in the second bedroom but that was a minor detail. Owner was quick to answer questions. Quaint and homey special attention to detail.

Magnolia House

We loved our stay at the Magnolia house. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to the downtown area and the bridge that goes over to Vilano beach.

A lovely place to stay. The location is perfect! A short drive to the beaches, you can walk to downtown for shopping, restaurants, entertainment. The home was clean and tastefully decorative, beautiful front porch. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Little Getaway

This quaint little home has everything we could have needed and more. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and the beds provided the best nights of sleep. The kitchen is fully furnished and the grill on the back deck was so nice for grilling out meat from the local meat market. Just one block from the magical Magnolia Ave and lovely walks to Downtown St. Augustine and nearby Vilano Beach, made our short visit the absolute best. The neighborhood is peaceful and can best be enjoyed from the rocking chairs on the front porch. We enjoyed starting each morning at the local coffee/smoothie shop and walking home on the sand road every evening. Property Manager was accessible, responsive, and courteous. We visit St. Augustine frequently and intend to make this rental a regular for our visits. Absolutely perfect!

The house had all the comforts of home, including a comfortable living room setup, reliable Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and more. It was clear that the host had thought of everything to make our stay as convenient as possible.Outdoor Area: One of our favorite features was the outdoor space. The screened-in porch was ideal for enjoying the Florida weather without the bugs or rain, providing a lovely area to relax with morning coffee or evening cocktails. The yard was well-maintained, offering a serene environment to unwind in.Host: The host deserves special mention for their responsiveness. Any question or concern we had was addressed promptly and with genuine care. Cute, clean, convenient -could not have been better!

This charming updated 1890s home is a perfect place to stay to explore St Agustine. It’s a block away from the Trolly Depot and historic jail , a couple of blocks from a kitschy Florida tourist attraction - The Fountain of Youth and an interesting walk into the old town area if you’re hearty. The Co-Owner Jerry is a charming and handy guy. Our one glitch was a cranky water heater - which Jerry fixed within 1/2 hour of notifying him of the problem!! This is everything that a vacation rental should be. You will not be disappointed!
