Located in a quiet cul-de-sac within the highly sought after Eaglewood Golf Course area. Within 5 minutes drive you can be at the Bountiful Temple/Mueller Park or 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City/the airport/Lagoon Amusement Park or 45 mins to Park City, Deer Valley, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, Alta for world-class skiing and other outdoor activities. Guest will have access to entire house with 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 2 downstairs), 3.5 baths and finished basement.

Our home is situated on almost a third of an acre with a huge backyard that is fully fenced and landscaped so there will be plenty of space for the kids to play outside and North Canyon Park is within walking distance.

The house was perfect for our stay and felt like home. Very comfortable and close to downtown. We were in town for parents weekend at the U and the house is maybe10 minutes from downtown. Perfect distance and the neighborhood is beautiful. Great stay and can’t compliment the house and owners enough. Don’t hesitate to book this property when coming to Salt Lake.

Family celebrates Graduating from the U

Our youngest son was graduating from the U, and both my wife and I, along with her parents enjoyed staying at the property. It was close enough to the U - 25 mins or so, but in more of a nice golf community. The home was spotless and beautiful, we had plenty of bedrooms, and there were many areas to hang out and just talk. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning, hanging out on the front deck watching the sun rise, then sitting on the back porch in the afternoons, the weather was great, and the house was simply perfect. The owners tailor the wi-fi and check in process around you to make it easy to remember - this is a hidden touch that helps guests a lot, loved it. We will be back to visit our son as he now works full time in Salt Lake, and will for sure stay again. 5 stars is just not enough!!!

Great Property- Beautiful Views

This was a great place to stay with great views. It is located on a huge hill with limited parking if you have more vehicles. Chau was great. The people that left before us, did leave late so we weren't able to check in until later but everything else was great.

Good space with everything you need.

Plenty of room for our party of 8. Clean, but master shower needs re-grouting. Downstairs temperature is hard to control under very cold temps but owner was very accommodating with stand alone heaters. Overall, very nice accommodations and location.

Nice and space to move around

Good location and lots of space for our family to relax. Rooms were large and multiple bathrooms was a plus. Communication was very good with owner.

Best stay yet!

First and foremost, I want to say how amazing Chau and his family were for our entire stay. I have never had a property owner be so generous with their property and their time as they were. They were great with helping us troubleshoot our travel issues, and were ready to let us stay right up until the next guest was checking in, while they cleaned around us, simply because we had a later flight than expected. As long as we are traveling to SLC again next year, we will be hanging our hats again in this lovely home.

Great place great host

We were in SLC for my daughter’s wedding. The wedding was at the Eaglewood golf coarse. This location was terrific for what we needed. We had more than enough room. They told us we could take our time to leave on our last day which always makes it nice. I would totally recommend this house!

Great Soot

A group stayed here when visiting Salt Lake Area for a sporting event. It worked really well. Easy to get to and get downtown Salt Lake. It was also easy to check in and out.

Big house with lots of space to spread out

The house was a wonderful size for 8-12 people as we had my folks come over multiple times during our trip. We did have to have them bring an additional table and chairs so we could all sit down at the same time. We found that the top floor bedrooms got incredibly hot at night and the bedrooms on the bottom floor were quite cold but we all slept pretty well and all the beds were really super comfortable. Chau and Lilly were very helpful and communicative the whole time and they even decorated for Christmas, which was very nice.

Best Communication I've ever had

We had a great time. The home was fabulous for our family. The host communication was the best. They told me on the day that I could arrive a little early. The beds were nice and we had a fun time. High recommend. The neighborhood is very high end.

Spacious home with great location

The owners were wonderful in accommodating our needs. Beds were comfortable and location was ideal. We were thrilled to find it was decorated for Christmas as we were having a Christmas celebration with our adult children and friends.
