This home will give you everything bountiful has to offer and more. It is centrally located to all the hot spots in northern utah including; skiing, hiking, lakes, lagoon amusement park, downtown SLC and park city. It is located right outside of SLC and minutes away from access to the freeway. Not only will you enjoy a spacious and beautifully updated home, but also an amazing view and great entertaining space in the backyard. With plenty of entertainment options provided. There are security cameras located outdoors front and back of the home for security purposes.

This is a great home with a welcoming and responsive host! It is rare find and we are very glad we chose to stay in this house with a view, fun backyard, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of places to relax and enjoy family. Watching the sunset on the well furnished balcony was a highlight!

This property was perfect for our family of 10! Room for all to sleep and spaces for gathering as well. The kitchen was super well equipped and we loved the view! The hosts were immediately responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend—we loved our stay!

This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect and a short drive to Salt Lake City and very family friendly. We especially enjoyed all the toys, baby gates, and high chair that were all provided. It made our toddler feel right at home!

We recently stayed at this property, and it was very well suited for having a toddler. The owners were extremely accommodating when we unexpectedly needed to add a night to our trip. Overall, a fantastic experience!!

Great house, Would return!

My and a group of friends stayed here for our ski trip to the Salt Lake/Park City area. It was not too far out of the way, and the price was great for what we got. Everyone was very comfortable, the host was super responsive!

Family ski trip

Family ski trip to SLC and the surrounding ski areas. The home was a perfect location to get into the mountains and the attached garage worked well to stage all of the ski equipment

Great house in a peaceful and pretty neighborhood

We chose this location to be close to Lagoon, and it was perfect. The house and neighborhood are very nice and were great for our family and kids. The hosts provided everything you could need. We really enjoyed the view of the valley and walking around the neighborhood.

Peaceful and spacious with great views

The house was well equipped and spacious. The deck was wonderful with amazing views. The host was very responsive. The neighborhood was super quiet and a short drive to downtown. We would recommend staying here for sure.

Great for large families

A great home. Beds comfortable! Multi areas for eating, games, lounging! Host was quick to reply to any questions. A few stocked staples which was nice. Great location for Salt Lake City and mountains!

We loved everything about this home! We all felt so comfortable and had lots of space for us all. Very clean, super cute home. Large yard for kids to play and run around. Very close to everything you want to do. We will definitely be back.One of the best Vrbo rentals we have stayed at!

Great area

We loved our stay here! The neighbor is safe and quiet. Very close to lots of food options and stores. Only 15 minutes to the airport. The house was perfect for our girls weekend. The living rooms were comfy and plenty of seating for our group. The deck has an awesome view and lots of seating there as well. The bedrooms were comfy and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property.

There were 12 of us. (8 adults, 1 teenager, 2 children and 1 toddler). 1 adult and 1 teenager slept on the sofas in the downstairs. Everyone said they were comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to Lagoon and my sister's house.

Luxury Bedding

This place was perfect for a larger group. We had 8 people. There were plenty of beds. The bedding is top notch - as good as 4 hotels we’ve stayed in. The pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is large, great for making meals and eating together as a family. The rooms are spacious. There was also PLENTY of hot water, even with all of the showerers. If there was anything mildly not great, a few of the kitchen utensils could use some updating as they are well used. Overall, the place was perfect for our group.

Beautiful and comfortable!

We had a group of 3 adults and 4 girls for our Girl Scout trip to Lagoon. This house was perfect for cooking, and the large dining table allowed us to all eat dinner together. Five bedrooms and 3 baths gave us lots of space and the beds and extra blankets were super cozy! Loved the blackout curtains and amazing dipper deck views with propane fire pit for the adults and the in ground trampoline and big couch and tv lounge for the kids! And really close to Lagoon!

The property was everything and more than advertised!!! It was the perfect location. The home offered everything we needed for our family!! And the backyard was a dream come true. Family Farewell

Family coming in from around the country needed a home base to gather and mourn the death of a family member. The home was perfect for hosting 6 adults, and the location was ideal. Easy to get to, close to SLC and the airport, an abundance of nearby food and shops. Our VRBO hosts were easy to communicate with, and the home itself was even better than anticipated. We could not have been more satisfied for all to go so smoothly, especially during an already emotionally challenging time.

Fun and comfy home

Our stay was short so we did no cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. There were a few condiments and spices from previous guests which is always nice. The bedrooms were comfy and bathrooms clean. One strange detail...they do not provide face towels for each guest (that we could find). There was one dark one for makeup removal in our bathroom but no others. We thought that odd.It is an older, updated home with some creaking so be cognizant of your downstairs travelling companions. Also, the downstairs two bedrooms are considerably cooler so choose your spots accordingly.There are lots of games and activities so it would have been a nice house for a longer stay. The neighborhood was modest, seemed safe, and was very convenient for exploring the area.Be sure to read the directions on how to unlock the door. It was new to me.Definitely would stay again.
