Paradise Vacation Rental with Water Views

The completely renovated home can be your new paradise vacation rental! Jump in the backyard pool or go fishing in the lagoon full of Snook, Tarpon and Sheephead. Just a short walk to local beaches and parks at Crystal Beach Park. Crystal Beach is known locally for it’s speculator sunset views. Adventure down to Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach or Dunedin for a great day exploring. This place is close to local seafood, pizza, BBQ restaurants and 10+ local breweries.

The pool is shared with the owners. If you’re using the pool, we won’t bother you. Pool is for registered guests only.

👶🏻 We’ve added a pack and play for your babies.

We just added a heater for the pool. If you’d like to have us heat the pool. We charge $200 per week. Let us know in advance because it takes awhile to heat.

Amazing getaway!

The place was great and the owners were amazing. We weren’t too familiar with the area and Jeff was super helpful recommending places to go. The duplex was super clean and family friendly. It had everything we needed for our stay and the kids loved the pool. We loved the location, very close to all sorts of restaurant options, and not a far drive at all to Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Highly recommend this rental as it will not disappoint. We hope to be back again next year!

Great location

Cute updated place within a mile of the Pinellas trail, Gulf Shore park, and Emily's restaurant. Our host was friendly and knowledgeable about the area & check-in was hassle free. The location was convenient to everything we explored in Palm Harbor, Dunedin, and Tarpon Springs.

Great Experience - If you can stay here you should

My family and I travel a lot. We have used VRBO all over the US and I’m Europe. This by far was the list accurate description of a place we stayed. The host greeted us, he kept in contact throughout the stay, the place was amazing and conveniently located to everything we did from the big city attractions to pro sports venues to zoos and aquariums, all while being off the path in their quaint piece of gulf shore community. The pool was great when we needed a break from running around, the tranquility of the neighborhood was the epitome of what a vacation should be with the water behind the house, the beach and pier down the road and a park and running/walking trails right around the corner. The location, the owners, the property, all of this made our relatively normal trip to Florida to visit family exceptional!! We will be back!!

Very Quaint

Our stay was wonderful! For us it was the perfect location, because we were close to the beaches, the pinellas trail, the park and most of our friends and family. Perfect location for a family of 5 or less. The property host was very friendly and easy to talk to We will definitely return

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!

Single mom of 4 young children, this place was spotless, quiet neighborhood, basically a private pool and I felt very safe. Everything we needed was there. Just a short drive to Clearwater beach.

Jeff and his family are so welcoming. The property had everything needed to accommodate us for our stay on the property (I mean EVERYTHING). They go above and beyond to recommend places and are constantly checking in on you. We HIGHLY cant express enough how happy we were choosing this location. Do yourself a favor and book a trip here right in the heart of it all...thanks again from our family!!

Wonderful location!

We had never been to that area of FL, and it did not disappoint! The property was beautiful, inside and out. The pool was just the right size for our family of 5. The interior was beautifully decorated and clean! We would highly recommend Jeff’s place!

Great place!

The property was very quiet and clean. We had the swimming pool to ourselves. The kids loved it! Also the fishing on property was great! Both of my boys caught fish! You can walk down to the neighborhood’s small beach as well. It’s only a few blocks!

Crystal Beach your way!

Locate,location, location! All the benefits of home, even garage access, private pool & don't forget your fishing pole to fish the lagoon in the backyard! Make sure to take a walk down the street to the beach for the best sunsets in the area! Jeff, the host & the property are amazing gems!

Great rental, cute and good location

This is a great little rental. Just the right size for us and very cute. Spotlessly clean. Jeff was a great host checking in with us most days and recommending activities and restaurants. This place is less than a block from the Pinellas trail, super convenient if you like to run, bike or walk. There's an empty garage with a full sized washer and dryer. All the appliances are new. Location is great (ice cream shop in walking distance!). Would definitely stay there again. One thing to note, one of the beds is firm and one is soft.

Next time you’re in town I highly recommend stopping by and seeing Jeff and his property for rent. He accommodated me last minute. Literally last minute hours before check-in He made sure my family and I were taken care of His place is spectacular very clean and everything is updated Come see for yourself.

ALL AROUND AMAZING! 5 STARS! Stay here and you’ll never want to leave!

Wow! Where do I even begin?! Everything about our stay was perfect! Excellent location, beautiful home and the property owner Jeff was amazing! We came down to fish, our boat fit perfectly in the driveway, garage access to keep our gear secure, couldn’t have asked for a better house or location. Right on a lagoon full of fish, even caught myself a nice tarpon! There’s a beautiful park on the water right down the street and the house is next to walking/bike trail! Close to some very nice restaurants/nightlife and breweries but not full of tourist. Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Not to mention, Jeff was like our own personal fishing guide. He helped us navigate new waters to put us on fish and told us where to find the local bait shops. The best part, the boat ramp is right down the street! I can’t wait to go back!

Great centralized location to a bunch of fun stuff. We also completed redid this property so it's basically brand new. We also make sure this place is spotless when people arrive. We are germ freaks and it shows.

The pool has a frigging basketball hoop! :)

Also we are right on the water so you get to see fish jumping every night. We are just a short walk to one of the beach sunset spots in the area. It's something very special.
