270º waterfrontage from this luxury home on Devil's Lake! Three story, 4,000 square foot house, with five large en suite bedrooms with private bathrooms. Elevator access to all three floors for family members who avoid stairs. Great for hauling groceries and luggage in and out of the house. A wheelchair ramp leading up to the entrance makes the house fully accessible.

Fully appointed chef's kitchen and bbq. The entire first floor is a kid/teenager area with video games, ping pong, pool table, partial kitchen, bunk bed and queen bed. Dedicated office, with printer and high speed internet.

Relax in the luxury master suite with jetted tub, double shower, balcony, and gas fireplace, or head out to the hot tub that is on a patio inches from the lake!

Private dock and available water toys!

*Dogs warmly welcomed on the first floor only- pet fee applies.

The host was good. Not kid friendly. Not good for anyone with any mobility issues. Bathrooms VERY difficult for mobility challenged. Not very clean..stains on sheets, bathroom floors not clean. Pull out bed in master wouldn't pull out. Elevator is great. Very big, plenty of bedrooms. If you have a mobility issue, can't get in or out of very high beds. One of the garage doors didn't work.Good kitchen, dining room. Watching the birds was great, fishing off the dock was fun. Nice location.We wouldn't book again.

The lake view was great. Cleanliness of property could have been better. Lack of dish clothes and dish towels (need more)The hot tub was unusable (wouldn't work). The host was quick to respond to notifications butnothing was fixed. The washing machine door was taped closed to use. Maintenance man said that was fixed last week but the door still dropped down and had to be taped up to run. Pool table was very nice but 3 of the 5 cue sticks had broken tips, with no new tips available. The boats were fun for the kids. Needs better maintenance and cleaning.
Behind the dryer. The vent line was disconnected and dryer lint was everywhere and the dryer was plugged up

House was beautiful and the elevator was a hit. You had anything you would need and more. The place isscattered with gorgeous antiques. The views from the upstairs balcony are of the ocean as well as lake. We had a total of 16 staying and you certainly didn't feel crowded Our host was a delight.

We greatly appreciate the five bedroom with its own bathroom, the accommodating long dining table, and the large kitchen. It’s too bad we did not get to enjoy the hot tub since it rained all day Friday. We used the kayaks, surfboards and brought our own row boat to enjoy the lake on Wednesday and Thursday. It’s great that even though the house was by the lake, the beach was five minutes a walk away.

Quiet and relaxing

Relaxing and quiet area and home, but close enough to get anywhere in town fast. Pets only allowed on first floor which would be good to know prior to paying instead of after as it made us have to adjust rooms and plans. Otherwise great rental.

Mom's 75th birthday weekend

Suffice it to say that finding a property on the coast to host a large family with an elderly parent who is incapable of climbing stairs is quite challenge. Jill worked with me to ensure that we had adequate cooking supplies bedding and all the necessary entertainment to keep the large group happy. As far as the property goes some of the reviews posted here are absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure what people are looking for in a VRBO but this property was quite clean the checkout chores were reasonable and there were no rules or policies that seemed out of line at all to me. The pool table and ping pong table and kayaks and canoes and stand-up paddle boards were all the bonus that to be honest we didn't take full advantage of but it was nice to have them available and I'll plan on using them on a future visit. I also brought along my Labradoodle who enjoys the surf and the ocean and the sand and Joe was very accommodating of my dog as well. I would agree with another reviewer that most people's animals need to be by their side and Jill might reconsider whether allowing pets on the upper floors might encourage more pet owners to stay at the property. From my perspective there wasn't anything on the upper floors that a dog would put at Harm's Way although I agree that shedding dogs may be a little more of a mess to clean up. Jill thank you for the wonderful time mom was excited she considers it her best birthday ever in 75 years and dad was able to join us on any level!

Great for our annual family trip!

Location is beautiful and right on the lake! Great seeing so much wildlife. Spacious for our large group for the number of bedrooms/bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is the best

We had the best time. This house is so unique. It felt like we were staying in a fairytale! The elevator was so helpful for my elderly parents. All bedrooms with bathrooms was amazing. Kayaks and life jackets for the kids were amazing. Loved the garage man cave for the 20 year olds. Fished off the dock and caught a few beautiful trout. Location was amazing on the lake and could walk across the street to the beach. I would recommend this place and stay here again.the hot tub was so nice too!

Not actually pet friendly

Don’t be misled by the phrase ‘pet friendly’ when they have very strict rules about keeping your pet on the bottom floor only and not allowed on furniture such as the couch or bed, unless you bring your own cover (blankets) for putting over their furniture. The main living and eating area is on the 2nd floor, so you will either be ostracized from your pet or from your family and friends. That is not pet friendly. Also, there are a lot of rules, not great parking, a TON of chores to do when you check out. Overall, the price is not worth the value.

Unique home in a beautiful location.

Came for a family getaway to the Oregon coast. The house is right on the lake, convenient for kayaking and paddle boarding etc. plus you can walk two blocks to the beach. The house odds well equipped and has plenty of space. Really enjoyed our stay.

Birthday celebration with our children & grown grands for my dear hubby of 55 1/2 years

Our family enjoyed our rare time together in this lovely, spacious & peaceful home. The abundantly supplied kitchen,plentiful & comfortable furniture ,abundance of gorgeous art,curio collections & lovely decor made our visit feel more like being in a well loved home than just getting together in a rental ,which I believe was especially refreshing for those dealing with health challenges. Being able to bring our young family dog was a blessing for us even though she was somewhat traumatized by an off leash dog who appeared from nowhere after our 1st walk on the beach & attacked her as she was getting back into our car in the parking lot. Sharing this for other dog lovers who may bring them: please keep aware of the possibility of a possible loose dog sneaking behind cars.

Well we loved the house but i wished you had tv in living room. There was a hair tie in master bedroom, so i assumed maybe they didn’t clean right. I wish you had vacuum and some cleaning supplies around so i could clean lil more, I didn’t like that kids couldn’t sleep downstairs cause it was very cold and even for my dogs, good thing i bought them extra blankets for them, they don’t have much fur. I didn’t take pictures in house cause I expected the house to be more up to date, looked like old furniture. We love Lincoln City so maybe we will see u and in July and August. Thanks for everything

Absolutely perfect

What a perfect location!! And the 5 bedrooms + basement area all with private bathrooms was ideal. Was unaware of the elevator, but it sure came in handy for those with mobility issues. Would definitely rent again. The hosts went above and beyond.

Annual Family Trip

We loved this place so much the first time that we knew it was a must to book a second time. We had a party of 15 and the house not only accommodated all of us, but still had plenty of room for kids to play around and not feel trapped. The property manager is amazing and so easy to communicate with. By far our favorite place in Lincoln City.

This house is in a perfect location in our opinion. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac, lakefront with a dock and 200 yards from the beach. Water views are from every room in the house. There are multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenient store and ice cream shop.
