We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. We work hard to keep the home clean and well-maintained, so it’s disappointing to learn about the stains on the sheets and bathroom floors. We’ve already addressed this with our cleaning team and will do a deeper inspection to prevent it from happening again. Regarding accessibility, we added the elevator specifically to help with mobility, but we clearly fell short on the height of the beds and the bathroom design. We will look into solutions (such as adding sturdy bed steps or grab bars) to make the home more accommodating for guests with mobility needs. The non-functional pull-out bed and garage door are also being repaired immediately. We’re grateful you shared these details — feedback like this helps us improve. Our team is also investigating the hot tub issue to ensure it’s fully operational, and we’re replacing the washing machine to prevent any further inconvenience.
