Repeat Visit

This was the second visit to Beatriz home for my husband and I. Last year we were fortunate enough to stay for 4 weeks this year we stayed for 3. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There were surprises this year, new beach chairs, towels, couches 😀. Looking forward to next year. Thanks Beatriz

Great house!

This house was great, very clean, perfect size for my husband and our dog. Washer and dryer was great since we stayed for 3 weeks so we could refresh all of our sheets and towels. Fenced in yard was perfect to let her go outside without wondering off, gate goes across the driveway also. Everything was comfortable, from the beds to the couches. It is next to a busy street so if you are a light sleeper it may or may not bother you. We were fine with it. Everything is within minutes. Food, Gas, Grocery store, Restaurants and beaches. The yard landscape was very pretty and neat. Beatriz was very responsive to anything we needed.

"Mini Compound"

Beatriz is a wonderful host - responds quickly. Train noise every 1/2 hour takes getting used to. Convenient location to beaches, golf and restaurants.

Nice place to relax

Nice clean house with private outdoor area to relax and grill. Good neighborhood close to everything we needed. Would definitely return for another stay.

Great location for Spring Training and the beach.

Nice clean space with fenced in yard that the dogs loved. Conveniently located with less than 20 minute drive to Roger Dean Stadium and the beach, and lots of restaurants nearby. Great communication and very responsive owners.

Palm Beaches

This house was perfect for us. The kitchen is very well equipped especially if you prefer preparing your own meals. The sun room and outdoor area with the hammock are a great bonus. The house is located close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and all things the Palm Beach area has to offer. There is a bit of traffic noise but the house and location outweigh that. Beatriz is a great host and was available for any and all questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed twice and loved it will stay again.

We have stayed here two times and loved it. We had no issues at all. We will stay here again for sure, everything is nearby and easy access to the highway.

Great Property

Loved the location and the privacy in the backyard. Great communication. We had no issues at all :). Close to Target, Publix, Costco and the Interstate. We are for sure coming again.

An unforgettable Memorial Day weekend!

I stayed at this property for a long weekend and fell in love with it! Not only is it a great location, but the actual house was so clean and the outdoor space is amazing! The yard is beautiful and fully fenced in! I hope I can stay here again soon!

The best in the West Palm Beach area

I have been traveling to Florida 3-4 times a year to visit with my daughter and two young grandchildren and this was my favorite rental. The kids enjoyed the spacious well landscaped yard and swinging on the hammock, the car port was great for keeping the car cool from the hot sun and for easy access when it rained, the large dining table was awesome for gathering (the kids spent a lot of time drawing and coloring at the table), there was plenty of counter space and everything we needed to prepare our meals, the beds, pillows and linens were good quality and both bedrooms have a TV which is a plus, one of our favorite places was the porch, and I loved having real plants throughout the home. Beatriz was great and always got back to me with any questions I had. I highly recommend this rental property.

This house is a gem!

My husband and I totally loved this property for our Scuba vacation! Everything was as described. The home was well maintained and extremely clean. The decor and “extra touches” throughout, were thoughtful and made us feel totally at home. The yard was beautiful. Didn’t get a chance to use the backyard due to rain, but the sun porch made coffee in the morning a special place to relax. Liked that this home had a fence / gate - made us feel very safe and secure. Beatriz our host was fantastic! Easy check in process and her responsiveness to any question we ever had was extraordinary. She even gave us a lead on a fabulous in home chef that prepared an early anniversary dinner for us - a wonderful highlight of our trip. We were very close to our diving spots and when we come back to dive we would absolutely stay again!

Very nice house in a busy area

Pros: -lovely fenced in property - dogs enjoyed it very much -walking distance to a great waterfront restaurant (The Catch) -20 mins drive to West Palm and Jupiter -excellent communication with owner Cons: -traffic noise (located in the middle of a busy mall area) -mosquitoes prevented us from hanging out much in the back yard -not a bike friendly area (we did bike from the property, but it was too busy on the road to be enjoyable)

Beautiful Landscaping and Super Clean Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Beatriz was always kind and responsive. It's very important to us to stay in a clean home and this place was impeccable. Landscaping is beautiful, appreciated the fenced in yard, and all the little touches inside. Overall we were quite happy with our stay. Our only complaint would be the master bed as it sunk quite a bit in the middle. My husband and I decided to sleep in the other bedroom and push the two single beds together. Those beds were great! Thank you for the bottle of wine and sharing your home Beatriz!

Great sunroom leading to Backyard Oasis

We enjoyed the fenced in yard, loved the backyard. The home was spotless and well organized. Linens were fabulous! Would recommend plastic/acrylic kitchenware for the patio.

Just what we needed for a quiet place! Our grand daughter was playing in a soccer tournament 4 miles from this home. We loved being able to relax between the games! Everything was great!! The host went above & beyond to make us happy!!👍👍

Great, extremely clean, relaxing home

This is a really nice, clean, remodeled home. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Beatriz is a great person overall and very responsive. No trouble here only relaxation and convenience. Very tropical back yard and the entire property is fenced. Just a great experience. Thank you Beatriz.

Unexpected luxury

The home was very comfortable. Decor reminded me of a European hotel. Our dog appreciated the fenced in yard with the short, dense grass. We appreciated the luxurious linens and towels. There were many areas we could relax and spread out or be together. We would happily return.

Sanctuary from construction! :)

I live in the palm beach area and had the misfortune of a mold problem in my home that required temporary relocation. I was in a bit of a panic because I needed a place 911 that would allow myself, my girls and my plus size fur babies. Beatriz was lovely to deal with. She understood my situation and made an exception to her pet policy so I would have a safe, clean home to retreat to. We were not there for a vacation, but it is a great location if you are not from the area. Thank you Beatriz for being so kind to us!

Amazing little house!!

Beautiful well appointed comfortable home with garden

My partner and I enjoyed a one week stay at Beatriz' place and we enjoyed every minute of it! Her home has wonderfully comfortable furniture (with real feathers and great quality) and her home has such a beautiful veranda and garden space - so nice to lounge in. The home is well laid out, and close to all kinds of great waterfront restaurants! We highly recommend this home!
