Beautiful 4BR Bear Hollow house with private hot tub and views!

You will love all the amenities our Bear Hollow house has to offer! You'll love the private saltwater hot tub, garage parking, and beautiful views! You'll love being close to Utah Olympic Park, the shops and restaurants in Kimball Junction, and Canyons resort. There is a stop for the free bus system at Bear Hollow, making it easy to get to Old Town and the resorts. The Bear Hollow clubhouse has a gym as well as an outdoor community hot tub and pool, amenities that can be hard to find in Park City!

Our house is a 2,750 square foot., 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath single family house on the east side of Bear Hollow. You will enjoy unobstructed views of Swaner Preserve and might be lucky enough to see the hot air balloons that sometimes launch early in the morning from a spot on the other side of the Preserve. The upper floor of the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The middle floor is where you'll find the gourmet kitchen with a 5 burner stovesize refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and double wall ovens. The dining space can accommodate up to 14 between the dining table and the kitchen bar. Enjoy your morning coffee here or on our spacious deck where you'll find a table and chairs as well as a barbeque grill. The ground floor of the house includes a large bedroom which we have set up with two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, and have outfitted with books and games geared toward the kids in your group. There is also a single sofa bed in this room as well as a tv. There is a full bathroom on this level, along with another washer and dryer and a kitchenette.

Great Home Away From Home

We've stayed in many Park City rentals and this one truly feels like a home away from home! Great location, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The property owner was very communicative and helpful - arrival and departure could not have been easier. Loved every minute of our stay!

Fantastic Stay

We loved staying here and it was a fantastic property to spend our annual ski vacation in. The host was very responsive to any issues or questions we had. Overall the issues were few and far between. The place comes with a fantastic view, great layout and a hot tub at a fantastic price. Highly recommend staying here!

Lots of everything!

I have stayed at many homes all over Park City and this house was the best one yet!! The layout is perfect for large groups. The property is spacious and comfortable. The owner has stocked the property with many amenities. Kitchen had many items and plenty of silverware and dishes. There is a great hot tub to use at end of the day, plenty of linens and towels and above all the cleanliness of the property was great. Highly recommend and will return!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was fully equipped and stocked with needed items. The hot tub was a nice bonus, view was lovely and all amenities worked well! Our family was very comfortable! Only the heat seem to run especially warm in several rooms and adjustments seemed to reset after awhile. Other than that, no complaints and we’re grateful!

Great location for a group

We had a great time at this property! Our group of 13 fit well. The beds are comfortable and there is enough supplies for everyone. Easy access to the mountains and shopping. The owners are very responsive and it's obvious tgey care about the home. The Wi-Fi could be updated to support more than 5 users at a time, but that's an easy fix. We loved how spacious the place was and easily fit two vans in the garage. I would stay here again.

Awesome condo!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! It was spacious, the kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was the BEST!!! We will be back next year!!

Spacious, well-located house

Lots of space in this well-appointed and laid-out house in Bear Hollow. Awesome hot tub is a real plus! Convenient to Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts, as well as shops and restaurants. Super-communicative and responsive owners!

Great house

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was a perfect size and layout for us. We loved the location. Convenient to Main Street and to shopping and highways. There is also a great walking and biking path just down the street. Nice views too. We were even lucky enough to see a mom and her baby moose right across the street on our first night. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic house in great location!

Fantastic house, super clean, and can easily host a group. Kitchen and main level much larger than it looks at the pictures. Big master bed room. Great communication with owners and easy check in process. Would definitely stay there again!
