Stunning 3-Bedroom Townhome with Loft & Hot Tub
Welcome to our beautifully renovated townhome in Park City’s Kimball Junction, perfect for family gatherings or group retreats. With a capacity to sleep up to 10 guests comfortably, this home offers a blend of luxury and comfort, making it the ideal base for your Park City adventure. Surround yourself with style in this standout space.
Master Suite: Features a King bed with en-suite bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and his/her sinks. Mini-desks are available on both sides of the bed, as well as a wall mounted TV. Sliding glass doors open onto the upper deck and offer amazing views of the Swaner Nature Preserve and Park City Mountains.
Second Bedroom: Stylish 3rd floor room features a King bed with a Twin XL bunk above it. Room includes a small desk and wall mounted TV. Access to this bedroom comes from a spiral staircase.
Third Bedroom: Doubles as an office or playroom by day, and includes a comfortable couch that opens up to a Queen bed with a brand new mattress with gel cover at night. Full closet and bathroom are included in this room and shared with the second bedroom above. A 60" TV is also mounted on the wall in this highly functional room allowing for gaming or TV watching.
Loft Area: This is an open room that includes a brand new bunk bed featuring a lower Queen bed and a Twin XL bed above - both overlooking a cool-looking wallpaper mountain view.
Living/Dining Room: Cozy space with a large comfortable couch, remote-controlled gas fireplace, 60" OLED TV, and Sonos sound system for entertainment. Included is a beverage station for your convenience, perfect for entertaining.
Dining table is also new, and expandable to allow up to 10 people to sit comfortably at.
Gourmet Kitchen: All-new appliances - including a gas stove, and a refrigerator that produces four types of ice, ideal for your favorite beverages.
Three full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower or shower/bathtub combination, hair dryer, quality towels, and complimentary toiletries.
Downstairs Deck features a luxurious hot tub for relaxation after a day of skiing or hiking and two comfortable wooden deck chairs. Take a step down and four steps forward and your on the "Rail Trail" - Park City's paved hike & bike trail that goes around the 5 mile Swaner Preserve.
