Clean, good sized condo. We spent a lot of time on the balcony that overlooked the beach and the pool when we weren’t on the beach. Plenty of available parking and close to shops. We loved being on the 5th floor. It was high enough to have a good view of the ocean but not so high that we couldn’t take the stairs. The elevators get very crowded and busy so we took the stairs about half the time. Also, the building provides oversized shopping carts so you can easily take luggage or groceries up to your room.

Great property for family vacation

My husband and I vacationed with our daughters and my husband's parents. The property has easy access to the beach, great amenities, and the layout of the room was great for a large group.

Family friendly fun

We had a fantastic stay here! The condo is in great shape despite its age, it is SO WELL stocked with kitchen items (this isn’t so rarely the case at the beach I feel), and the check-in process/staff were very helpful. Perfect location for accessing fun restaurants and activities. And of course the beachfront access and indoor pools were a hit with our two families and kids! Will stay again and highly recommend!

Great condo fun area

The unit was comfortable, nice patio furniture on the balcony which overlooked the pool. Unit was right off the elevator which was very convenient with our multiple trips/day up and down with kids. Walking distance to some shopping and restaurants.

Great for adults and kids!

We stayed for 3 nights with 4 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of space to be comfortable. The property was very clean and homey with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kids loved the splash pad and the pool and all of the amenities were easily accessible. Property management is very easy to get a hold of and responds to messages quickly. We were very pleased with our stay!

Right on the beach

We all really enjoyed our stay and would love to book there again. We've even shared the link with our friends to book there as well. The information did state that there was an ice machine, but it was not working when we were there. There was also only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 trash bags so plan accordingly.

Great getaway!

Experienced loss of the AC one night and no HVAC company wanted to come out when it happened. Had to wait until the next day for AC. Temp in the condo got well over 80 degrees. They did refund us $ for one night for the inconvenience but it was terribly hot and miserable that night. They need on ground maintenance to take care of urgent problems.

Wonderful Experience

Traveled with 4 adults and 6 kids. Very clean and well maintained property. Condo was big enough to not feel crowded and plenty of seating, silverware, dishes for all. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Easy access to beach and the kids loved having the splash pad as an option. Before our arrival, we were notified by management that the refrigerator was cooling and freezing but the water/ice had malfunctioned. They provided us with a bag of ice until the new fridge was delivered. It was replaced while we stayed without any inconvenience. Management communicated AMAZINGLY about what would happen when and with plenty of notice. We didn't have to be present and all our food was moved and organized into the new fridge.

So relaxing! Perfect spot!

We had an amazing time at the condo and cant wait to come back! It wss outdated in some areas, but that did not make any difference to us. This location is right on the beach and central to all we wanted to do. Its right above the splash pad and you can see the pool. The views alone were stunning. We loved the convienance. Every morning the sunrise and waves just put you at ease. Had everything we needed in it. Beds were super comfortable and condo set up was nice! Our kids are younger, so it was nice if i took our youngest up to nap i could still see my husband and kids playing on the splash pad or beach so i didnt feel like i missed out. Construction was inconvienent but i wouldnt say it ruined anything. Only con was parking wasnt included in the price. We would rent this one again!

Orange Beach Vacation

This condo has to be the nicest, most cleanliness condo we have ever stayed in. Very spacious. This would be a perfect condo for anyone with younger kids, aka toddlers. It is 5 floors above the kids splash pad. The only cons we found was due to the location of the condo in relation to the splash pad. The slash pad is extremely loud, you can hear kids going down the slide and screaming all day (even inside the condo). It is not peaceful to sit out on the balcony for this reason, you can’t hear the ocean at all, it’s just constant screaming and buckets emptying with water just below on the splash pad. You would have to wake up and get out on the balcony before 7 in the morning or after 10:30 at night to enjoy the sound of the ocean. This location I believe would be perfect for families with small children, but not for adults looking for a relaxing get away. Other than the splash pad, everything was perfect, including locations to restaurants (some were walk-in distances), grocery store, shopping, etc. phoenix V is a very large condominium, so it takes awhile to catch one of the 4 elevators. This location is very crowded with families of small children, which now I understand why with the splash pad. It’s an extremely family friendly location, so if that’s what you are looking for, then this is the place for you.

Nice typical Phoenix property. Good view, good pools. The host constantly communicated. Cleaning was lacking in my book, found multiple things left from previous renters.
