Gorgeous 3rd Floor, 3BR Corner Unit!!

!!!! SPLASH PAD and WATER PARK !!!!!



Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.



Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the Gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bar-b-quing.



Come relax on the spacious corner balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. A queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Our mattresses were replaced in February of 2024 and all rooms have SMART TVs! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL 1 BR and 2 BR on this same 3rd floor!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Family Time

Such a great time. Beds were super comfortable!!Loved the location. Pools clean. The splash pad floor needs to be resurfaced. My grandchildren kept falling.But the condo was amazing!!! Very Clean!!

Mini Vacay in May

We had a 3 night mini vacation Mother's Day weekend . The condo was perfect fit for our family of 5 adults and a 2 year old. The condo was decorated very nice and was very clean. Kitchen well stocked . Beds were all comfy. Balcony was nice with great beachfront view. Stairs right by condo came in handy when elevators running slow. Overall had a great stay!

Great location!

We stayed here and found the condo to be as described. Unfortunately the ceiling fan in the master did not work and the ice maker did not keep up with 3 adults and 3 children just for drinks. There was some mold in the guest shower but overall the condo was nice! It was in a great location and the kids very much enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and condo size were great the unit REALLY needs an update, new rugs, new couch (has stains all over it). Bed skirts are all ripped.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect with a stunning view of the ocean, and it was super easy to access. The room was clean and well maintained, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Close to Walmart and had some great restaurants around to choose from. The only downside was the second bathroom — it was really small and tough for our group of 4 to share, two of which are small children who need assistance in the bathroom. It was tight during these times. One family got the master bedroom with a good-sized bathroom and vanity, while the other family shared the smaller bathroom. It wasn’t ideal, but we made it work. This was really the only complaint we had about the place. (Party total of 7 between both families) Overall, it was a great stay! Just be aware that the second bathroom is much tighter than the photos suggest.

The condo was very nice and just as described. The only issue I had was with check-in. I did receive an email a few days prior as promised in the listing, but the door code to access the condo was never included. While we were driving there, I kept checking my email and text messages, but the code was never recieved. Once I arrived, I called the number provided, and the lady who answered was wonderful—she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got in.I also reported two small areas that needed attention because I didn’t want to be charged for damages that weren’t mine. One cabinet was coming off the hinges, and there was a small spot of minor wall damage near the indoor balcony door. I sent pictures and video as proof. She immediately offered to send maintenance, but I told her it could wait. I really appreciated her responsiveness and kindness.Overall, the condo was great, the area was nice and I would definitely book it again. We left it just like we found it… spotless and immaculate. I highly recommend.
