Welcome to our slice of heaven! 1100 square foot round house with open concept living, dining and kitchen areas on the main floor. With bright, boho-chic interiors, Pie in the Sky is the ideal backdrop for a one-of-a-kind mountain getaway.

-2 separate living spaces so if folks in your group want to play a game or watch TV, other folks can read or talk in the other
-Location, location, location- in the heart of the high country (Walk to Hawksnest for snow tubing or zip lining, Grandfather vineyard is a must and right down the mountain, and a short drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk Valle Crucis, and Beech Mountain).

Upstairs Living area:
-Smart home technology (Nest) that controls lighting, fan and the thermostat
-Nest speaker that allows you to listen to anything you desire
-Smart TV so you can access all your streaming services
-Electric fireplace where you can control the flame color and if it puts out heat or only vibes
-Automatic shades controlled by remote-please don't pull on them!
-Game cabinet with puzzles, cards and our favorite games
-Essential oil diffuser with oils provided, but feel free to bring your own
-Luxe Leather sofa with soft throw blankets and throw pillows

Kitchen & Dining:
-Fully equipped with all the essentials and more if you want to cook a meal or two. Range and oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, mini waffle maker, pots, pans, food storage, salt & pep, spices, oils, foil, sugar- we like to cook so have more than just the bare minimum.
-Many coffee making options including a Keurig Duo (options for Kcup or carafe) and a French press with a hot water kettle and a coffee grinder (we provide some KCups and tea to get you started)
-Grill with tools and propane
-Indoor and outdoor seating for 6
-Fire pit for roasting marshmallows (firewood not provided)
-Cordless stick vacuum, step stool and hand broom located next to the fridge
-Dish towels, cloth napkins, hot pads, oven mits, and placements are all there for you to use
-Dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels and hand soap provided

Beds & Baths:
-Primary bedroom with plush queen size bed, full size mirror, USB ports for charging, plenty of clothes storage, reading lights above bed, overhead fan and ensuite bathroom with tub
-Second bedroom with plush queen size bed, USB ports for charging, a desk and chair if you need to get a little work done, overhead fan and clothes storage
-Hall bathroom with shower
-Plenty of towels that are hotel-grade soft
-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toilet paper and hand soap provided

Downstairs Living area:
-Cozy sectional that folds out to a full size bed (sheets provided) and cozy throw blankets and throw pillows
-Bunk beds with reading lights
-Table and chairs for games
-Overhead fans with lights and a Dyson Fan with remote
-TV with a Roku stick for streaming
-Electric fireplace where you can control the flame color and if it puts out heat or only vibes
-Automatic shades controlled by remote-please don't pull on them!
-Large deck with comfy lounge furniture
-The laundry room is also located downstairs and has a full washer and dryer for your convenience (laundry soap, dryer sheets, and extra cleaning supplies provided)

Other things to note
**4 wheel drive is a MUST during the winter months** The roads are paved and not dangerous. If it snows, you won't be able to get up or out without four wheel drive.
The stairs in the house are steep (we replaced a spiral staircase). We have a gate at the top to keep them safe for kids.
