Enjoy privacy in this beautiful, recently renovated modern home, fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay in the heart of Georgetown. The kitchen is equipped for a chef, and includes a wine fridge, beverage fridge, a large ice maker, along with Sub Zero fridge and Viking dual-fuel range.

This listing includes private use of the entire space, including the rear garden/patio area. I (the host/owner) will likely be staying in the basement apartment, which has a separate outside entrance. Accordingly, I will be readily available to address any issues that you may have.

Either I or a property manager will meet you at the house to provide a key and show you how the systems work in the house upon arrival.

Great location, townhouse and host!

Very close to shops and restaurants. Host was awesome in making sure we had what we needed and our stay was comfortable. Townhouse was in fantastic condition. We wish we found this sooner for multiple stays in Georgetown!

Amazing House and Location

We had a blast staying in Mark's house. Perfect location in Georgetown - walkable to everything. Home was perfectly decorated and had great spaces for entertaining, inside or outside. we will go back for sure.

Luxury & Comfort

Great location. Great Host very accommodating in every way. One of the best stays I have had yet. Linens were top notch not like most places using synthetic fabrics. There is even an Ice Machine. Enjoy your trip everyone. Very highly recommended!

Perfect place when in DC

This home was even better than advertised. Absolutely sparkling clean and stocked with everything needed and more. Mark is a wonderful and attentive host. You are close to many shops and great restaurants. Our teens loved it also. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

Incredible property in the heart of Georgetown

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this incredible property. Not only did Mark go out of his way to welcome us but also recommended great spots to eat when we were just setting in. Starting our mornings with coffee in the backyard oasis was a special treat. The kitchen is incredibly stocked and watching the Euro soccer games with the great sound system made for fun late afternoons. Amazing location and space in the heart of Georgetown!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This house exceeded our expectations! Mark is so helpful and accommodating. He met us at the house even though our flight was significantly delayed so that he could show us how everything works. He even had the hide a bed all made up which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The house is in a beautiful area of Georgetown and so convenient for eating and shopping. Also so close to DC it was great for sight seeing during our trip! Better stocked than any other rental we have stayed at-he has thought of everything! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to the area. Thank you Mark for making our stay wonderful.

Georgetown VRBO We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully remodeled home in Georgetown! The stunning windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Ideal stay in Georgetown

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home, staying for almost a full week in Georgetown. The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. Mark has included many details, like a charging station in the kitchen, that make for a very nice stay. A great location, you can walk to just about anything you could think of in the area. There is a bike share dock right outside as well if you wanted to take a ride instead of walk. Mark was very communicative and lovely to work with. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Outstanding Stylish Home in Fantastic Neighborhood

Excellent modern property in safe Georgetown with good layout inside and out. The home is very high-end and well stocked, but with nice homey personal touches. Mark, our host, was great and ensured that we had an early and easy check-in and settled in seamlessly. Would definitely come back during our next visit to DC!

Great spot to entertain small-midsized groups

Just 5 of us stayed there comfortably, but we could have our adult kids over, with a total of 10 for dinner. Great kitchen! Would like some window shades on the master bedroom.

A Georgetown Gem

The property is very well located just off of Wisconsin Ave and convenient to shopping, restaurants and cafes. We used the 33 bus to get to all of the sights in downtown DC and the National Zoo was just a short drive away. The house is a terrific gut renovation of a townhouse, beautifully executed and beautifully and luxuriously furnished. Our host was gracious and accommodating and ensured that our stay was comfortable. 5 stars all around.

great property, great location

Our family stayed in this very designed and modern house in the heart of Georgetown for a couple of weeks. Maybe the best experience we've had on VRBO. the house is located perfectly for anything you want - its very quiet, has lots of outdoor space to entertain/enjoy the weather, its also right in the middle of everything you could want - great restaurants, waterfront, high end stores, local shops, historic neighborhood and great parks. and 5 minutes away from several other DC hotspots - dupont, logan circle, chinatown, etc. Our host, Mark, was super helpful on arrival and always available. At the same time, we had all the privacy and comfort you could ever ask for. Perfect home, perfect trip. many thanks Mark, for everything!

Nothing short of exceptional

This place is in the heart of Georgetown within blocks of university, blocks from the river and in the heart of the historic district. The mall is a 10 minute Uber. Perfect for a family or anyone wanting to immerse yourself in Georgetown.. We appreciated that a Pharmacy was around the corner along with tons of food options. You will not be disappointed.
