During check-in or at any point during the stay if the number of people exceed the number of people during check in or what was communicated as total stay, the reservation will be immediately cancelled at the renters expense. 4. Kayaks and paddle boat usage are ONLY seasonal. This is starting May 1 - Oct1. If you rent during off seasonal these amenities will not be included. The dock will still be accessible for visitors.
