¡Bienvenido a Inlet Point Villas! ¡Una propiedad única!

Hemos amueblado este condominio familiar con todas las comodidades del hogar. Inlet Point Villas se encuentra en el extremo norte de North Ocean Blvd., en Cherry Grove, con piscina, cancha de tenis y áreas de parrillas. Detrás de la puerta privada descubrirá esta propiedad única que es Inlet Point Villas.

Este condominio está frente al océano y a la entrada más al norte de Grand Strand, frente a la isla deshabitada de Waits. Haciendo de este un lugar maravilloso no solo para el acceso a la playa frente al mar, sino también para grandes bombardeos, pesca de surf y acceso a kilómetros de serpenteantes arroyos de marea.

Disfrute de los hermosos amaneceres desinhibidos del océano cada mañana desde la sala de estar y el balcón trasero o simplemente siéntese y relájese en el balcón frontal que da a la piscina.

Esta unidad de 2 dormitorios tiene hermosas vistas al océano ya la isla y está equipada con excelentes comodidades para que disfrute de sus vacaciones. Este maravilloso condominio cuenta con 2 dormitorios: 1 Queen, 2 dobles y un sofá Queen Sleeper, y 2 baños completos.

Great condo on the 2nd floor.

We had a great time and the family enjoyed every minute. The owner was very responsive for any questions that we had. The condo was clean and well organized. We look to staying there again next year.

A little piece of heaven at the beach!

We loved staying at this condo at Inlet Point. The inlet is peaceful and beautiful and you are right at the tip of the ocean also! The tides are amazing to see go in and out each day and how the sand and ocean changes throughout the day. The condo was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the inlet. The new kitchen was very nice! It is also close to the pool! We had a wonderful time!

This is our 4th stay ag Inlet Pointe Villas but the first time at this condo. Nothing but greatness. Good views. Nice and clean. Scot stayed in touch with us throughout the week, making sure everything was good through the tropical atorm. Definitely recommend and we will be returning in the future!

Family Get Away

It was a great week away from the daily grind! The condo was perfect!! The owner did an amazing job keeping in contact through Tropical Storm Debby. I would most definitely rent from Scot again!!

This is a great condo. The upgrades are well done. It is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, the easy walk to the beach and the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping. The new kitchen is well equipped. We would highly recommend this condo.

Enjoyed the ability to walk to the ocean or inlet quickly. Tide pools were fun to search for crabs and shells. Area was quiet. Plenty of parking.

Great condo at the end of Cherry Grove...walk right out to the point and enjoyed marsh/ocean view. Owner was super responsive and helpful with questions.

Perfect Location

Best location, beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! It was a short walk to the beach!! Everyone we met were so friendly!! Pool was right outside our doorway and we really enjoyed it!! Beautiful walk to the point and it is so beautiful!! We walked forever!! I would stay there again!!

Wonderful Condo with Beautiful Views

This condo has the most amazing views of the inlet and ocean! It is also very well appointed. We loved the remodeled kitchen. I do agree with other reviews that the mattress in the master bedroom is very hard but we loved the fact that it is a King size (as other units in this complex seem to only have Queen size beds in the master). The small toilet and short sink in the master bathroom were not a problem for us and would not deter us from renting this unit again. The owner was extremely kind and communication was wonderful. Highly recommend renting this unit.

This is the 4th time we've stayed in 5-C and we'll be back. It's so great l really don't want to share so I dont have competition. Great space, easy inlet and icean access, and owner is wonderful ro work with.

Great time at a BEAUTIFUL spot!

The Inlet Point Villas are exactly that...condos at the tip of North Myrtle where the inlet meets the ocean. The condo was perfect for our needs (good size, ample parking and a private/gated entrance) and the view of the inlet and ocean altogether was absolutely breath-taking with insane sunrises! The owner's attentive communication throughout the booking, payment and check-in process was very much appreciated. We don't like to vacation at any one place more than once but this is one we would definitely return to. Thank you, Scot, for sharing your little piece of serenity with our family!

Perfect sunrise views from the balcony

Great spot at the point! You can watch the kayaks and boats float through the inlet, watch the sunrise from the balcony, a short walk to the beach! There is a pool super close as well. The King bed is a firm mattress, the twin beds are a bit softer. You need to bring your own linens and towels and such. Lots of restaurants a close drive away. I like the point, it’s my favorite spot and more secluded than other parts of the beach. There are tide pools too which my 8 year old loves and it’s so neat when the tide goes out. Scot checked on us and always got back to us right away. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great Location! Quiet and beautiful

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The prime location on the inlet is perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and flawless. He checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure things were going smoothly. Upon our arrival, we did notice a few minor splatterson some furniture. However, we quickly took care of it ourselves and understand that perfection can be difficult to achieve. In general, the cleanliness of the place was commendable and we had no major concerns in that regard. The effort put into maintaining a high standard of cleanliness was evident throughout the entire stay. The owner's dedication to enhancing the condo is noticeable, and the upgrades made so far are truly well done, adding to the overall appeal of the space. I highly recommend this place for an laid back beach getaway. Thank you to the owner for a memorable stay!
