Cherry Grove Beach-Inlet Point Villas Condo

Our 2BR- 2BA ocean view condo is located in Cherry Grove’s most scenic family friendly gated community, Inlet Point Villas. With wide beaches, and less congestion at "The Point", our location is the perfect vacation spot for spending quality time with family and friends. Centrally located between the ocean and back channel are opportunities for wave riding, sunbathing, fishing, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, shelling and exploring the uninhabited Waties Island just across the channel. Also located minutes from dining and shopping.
This 3rd floor, two-bedroom (no elevator) condo is equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a California king/single twin combination bed in the second bedroom, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, WiFi, and washer/dryer.
Linens and towels are available for an additional charge. No pets, motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers(except watercraft) are allowed on the premises. Watercraft trailers have designated parking spaces. Snowbirds are welcome between November and April, please inquire for more details and special rates.
Signed rental agreement and valid government issued picture ID is required.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful spot on Cherry Grove Point, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is absolutely perfect!! it is tucked away at the peaceful end of the beach, where the inlet meets the ocean. It feels like a hidden gem, offering both privacy and water views that are amazing. I felt safe in the gated community and Mike was a perfect host, always very quick to respond if we had any questions. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony and watching the ocean roll. It’s a short walk to the beach, and the nearby nature area adds to the serenity. We enjoyed fishing off the Cherry Grove Pier, which is just a short drive away, birdwatching, and of course shopping at the famous Boulineau’s and Barefoot Landing. If you're looking for a quiet, scenic, and relaxing getaway in the Cherry Grove area, this spot is hard to beat. We’re already planning our return trip! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Beautiful & Clean

I absolutely loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and the cleanest condo I’ve rented at Inlet point. I’ve been staying at the Point for the past 8 years and this condo topped them all. The owners will let you know they are there if needed but do not bother you during your vacation. Wonderful hospitality!!!

The condo was true to its online description. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. We felt at home during our stay. There were extras provided by the owners or left by other renters, such as hand soap, trash bags, napkins, plastic wrap, (we left coffee filters). Changing to a front facing stacked washer/dryer is our only suggestion for the condo, as the current arrangement is awkward at best. We love this particular condo complex and have stayed in many different units over the years. The condo owners were a pleasure to work with, good at passing on info/communicating, and made the rental process very easy. We would definitely rent from them again.

Quick Getaway

Decided on a quick getaway to the beach, property is in a great location, right at the end of Cherry Grove with access to beach and inlet with plenty of low tide pools to explore. Mike and Cindy are very accommodating and have great direct communication. Would rent again from them, we had a wonderful time

Beach Gem

The unit was spotless!! And very tastefully decorated. Very comfortable beds. Best shower I have EVER had in a beach accommodation. The host was EXTREMELY easy to work with and very responsive in a timely manner. Also very affordable. The kitchen had everything you could think of. There was also a washer and dryer, front balcony to watch sunrises/sunsets. Right on the beach with just a hop, skip and a jump! We will be staying there again!!!

Great location on beach, quiet and clean condo

We enjoyed our stay here in early September. The location puts you at a great place on the beach close to the inlet in a section of the beach that is not as crowded. The parking was easy, and the neighbors were quiet which was great! The condo was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our week stay. Communication with owner was fantastic. Had a little hiccup on checkin with the door code, but owner answered phone call on second ring and we had the problem fixed in 2 minutes.

Absolutely fantastic vacation in a fantastic location. Communication was a breeze, accommodations were clean, tidy and comfortable and views are breathtaking! You will not regret staying in the little slice of paradise.

Love Inlet Pointe Villas

We enjoyed our week at Inlet Pointe Villas! The owners were very easy to communicate with and made the check in process so easy. We love the location, the pool, pickleball court and grills. Thanks for a great place to call home for a week in Cherry Grove!

Best spot on the beach!

We love Cherry Grove & have stayed many times over the years. This visit did not disappoint! Beautiful spot and condo. It was just as described & communication was great. The owner even texted us to let us know the condo was available hours before the listed check in time! Would definitely put this one on the list to stay again!

Fabulous week at the point.

We love this area of Cherry Grove. The condo was super clean, nicely updated, well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds! We loved everything about our stay…the location, accommodations, and the host is very responsive. Zero complaints. 10/10 for us!

Great location

Our family really enjoyed staying in the condo, Mike was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Easy check in and check out. Walking distance to the beach that was lot less crowded than anywhere else, great pool, tennis court, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. 10 minute drive to all of the stores and restaurants in North Myrtle Beach. We will definitely be back :-)

Beautiful updated condo

The condo was exactly as described and the homeowners were available to answer any questions. The locations is perfect, right on the I nlet point for views of the ocean and the inlet. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo was only a 2 minute walk to the beach, and the unit itself was very nice and clean. Mike was super responsive with any issues that came up as well. Overall it was a great stay!
