Experience modern elegance and comfort in The Ellington. Upon arrival, the den greets you with a versatile sofa and chaise lounge, easily convertible into extra sleeping space. A dedicated desk area in the den is perfect for work or study. The upstairs living space features a chic mid-century leather sofa set against contemporary decor. The kitchen is ready for your culinary explorations, equipped with the latest appliances and complemented by a stylish pub-style dining set for enjoyable meals. Retreat to the tranquil primary suite, where a queen-size memory foam mattress awaits for a restful night's sleep. Designed to comfortably host 4 guests but capable of accommodating up to 6, our home enhances your stay with its inviting ambiance.



PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the Nashville popularity boom, construction recently started near the home. You should expect some construction disruption Monday-Friday between 7am and 7pm.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 28 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
