In order to maintain the quality of the accommodation and its facilities, we ask guests to take the utmost care during their stay:

✘ Access to the property is exclusively for the travelers listed at the time of booking
✘ Parties are not allowed
✘ It is forbidden to smoke or vape inside the house and to throw cigarette butts in the garden (an ashtray is available)
✘ Pets are not allowed, neither inside nor in the garden
✘ The house must be returned tidy, the dishes done and put back in their place, the bed linen (duvet cover/sheets/pillowcase) removed and placed in the bins located in the garage, the towels grouped in the bathroom
