Nestled on almost 3 acres within Pillsbury State Forest and 200 ft of lakeshore on picturesque Green Bass Lake, this massive 7-bed, 5.5-bath northwoods cabin has everything your guests need for an unforgettable reunion or family retreat. The entire home was remodeled in the spring of 2021 and features private bedrooms and baths, gym, a large kids room with climbing wall, huge gameroom and wet bar, outdoor playground, swimming dock, kayaks, paddleboards, & bikes. Located close to everything!

Very accurate property description and the cabin was lovely on arrival. Jordan was very helpful with a few questions and we had an amazing time over a long weekend with 3 families. The lake is small, but very nice and the paddle boat was great to take around. Adults and kids had a great time and we will be back!

Summer Family vacation

The property worked out great for our large family of 16. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and large dining table to all gather for meals. Would definitely recommend it!!

Family Getaway for all ages

We had a wonderful time. Whether we were jumping in the lake off the inflatable, playing video games in the arcade, riding bikes on the trail or fishing from the dock it was fun for everyone. From grandparents to less than a year old the house had everything we needed including a massive table that could seat everyone.

Could not have asked for a better experience

The home was beautiful with plenty of bedrooms for a family of 10. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful small lake just right for relaxing, fishing and tubing. Close to plenty of golf courses. Loved the whole experience.

Fantastic stay

Our family decided to celebrate Christmas with a long weekend getaway. The Pillsbury cabin did not disappoint! It is a beautiful property with lots to do. The hot tub and game room downstairs provided hours of fun. The huge dining room table allowed all 17 of us to eat our meals together which is rare for a group of our size. Everything was fantastic! Jordan was great to deal with and very accommodating. We can't wait to come back!

Great view, clean accommodations, well stocked!

We held our annual family gathering (ages 1-83) and were able to spread out in the beautiful bedrooms. The lake views were amazing! We especially enjoyed watching a family of loons on the lake and turkeys and deer on the lawn all week. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with cook ware and tableware. We've stayed in many places, and this one ranks at the very top! Thanks for a great place to relax and unwind!

A perfect getaway!

We wanted to get all the cousins together to celebrate the end of the school year, and this home provided the perfect, memorable, luxurious vacation for all of us. From swimming in the lake, to using the owner provided paddle boards, it was a blast! Everything was so clean and easy to use. There was nothing lacking! We will definitely be booking this dream home again in the future!

Great Family Reunion Lake vacation

Spent a week with family of 15 ages 8 to 82, wonderful experience right on beautiful serene lake with plenty to do. Nice deep swimming lake, used water trampoline and slide every day plus beautiful calm lake for paddle boarding and kayaking, fishing great aa well. House had everything could want with plenty of room for everyone and well stocked kitchen, we ate in most nights. Kids loved arcade in basement. Owners quick to respond to any issues and whole process was easy, would definitely recommend and will come back

Perfect lake Getaway for all ages

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at this lake house! With multiple generations in our group (14 of us total), it’s not always easy to find a place that works for everyone — but this home truly delivered.The house was spotless when we arrived, and everything was just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious, and we especially appreciated the huge dining table that fit our entire family comfortably — perfect for meals, games, and late-night chats.The highlight for everyone was the lake! There were so many activities to keep us busy — from paddle boarding and kayaking to jumping on the water trampoline and sliding into the lake. The kids (and adults!) were constantly outside enjoying the water.This was the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and make memories. We’d definitely come back again and highly recommend it to other families or large groups looking for a fun and comfortable lakefront escape!

The Dining Room Table for 22 People Sold Us!!

Our family converged at this beautiful lake home for Thanksgiving and it was really perfect. The size of the house meant that we were never "on top" of each other -- the kids played in the game room downstairs and trekked through the wooded trees to find branches for the outdoor fire pit while the adults stayed upstairs! The views of the lake (even in cold weather) were amazing and the dining room table meant that we all got to have evening meals together. In the summer, I can imagine this would be quite amazing to be out on the lake, as well. Jordan was readily available by text message and helped immediately when we had one small issue (not enough towels). I would highly recommend.

What an amazing place for a large family.,!

Jordan was so great to work with! I arrived and house was cold -55 degrees- he remotely set temp up but fan ran and no change in temp by next morning. He got local manager to bring over three heaters and got repair guy out. Easy fix as gas wasn’t turned on. Nice and toasty after that. Jordan checked in to make sure all was ok. The house is huge with lots of room to either be together or in small groups or alone! I was so excited to have my family of 18 all sit at one table together for Thanksgiving! The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. The rec room with arcade games, bubble hockey, and more was great for all the kids ages 8 to 46!! sledding down the hill was a hit as was the snowball fight. Perfect house for a large group! Many happy memories were made here!

Best Family Vacation

My family and I had the best time. The house was perfect for a big group with kids. There was plenty of space for everybody. We rented a pontoon and went tubing everyday and also enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. It was like we had the lake to ourselves. The owner and property manager were super helpful and communicative. We had no complaints and would love to come back!

Family reunion

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was perfect for our family of 16. Lots of activities for everyone to do. Owner was great. We brought our pontoon boat which made up for the lack of any swimming beach. I didn’t realize that fact from the listing pictures and description so consequently there was no place for the littlest kids to swim. Water around the dock was tough on the feet. There were lots of water activities with the kayaks, SUP, and paddle boat and the fishing was fabulous. If having a small swimming beach isn’t important to you then this is a great house.

Like being on a private lake!

This house was perfect our family meet-up. We were often the only ones down by the water/on the lake! The kids had a blast with the play room, play-set, yard toys, etc. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out too!

We fell in love with Brainerd and Nisswa having visited here many times growing up. There is so much to do you'll never be able to do it all in one trip. When the opportunity came to purchase a home that allowed us to spend longer periods of time up here we jumped!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This house is incredibly peaceful and has amazing views. The lake is big enough for recreation, is stocked with plenty of fish, and will only ever have 5 homes on it, the rest being state forest. It is a peaceful retreat only minutes from all of the action and excitement of the Brainerd lakes area.
