Lakeside Sand Beach House on 3 Acres of fun Near Nisswa and Cross Lake.

Come be in the heart of the Brainerd Nisswa area. Everything is nearby but you won't be able to tell with the 3 acres of woods and Private Sand Beach Protected on both sides. The sunsets are Amazing with the property facing to the west. The property is all flat all the way to the beach and we are lakefront with nothing blocking the view. There is a beach house right next to the lake with full access to the paddle board, Kayak, beach toys. Lake Edward is a 2600 acre lake which is very clean, sand bottom throughout. We just finished a Game room where you will find a Pool table, Foosball, Arcade Games,Card Table. The fishing is very good with a variety of types of fish. We have added a separate game room which is ideal for keeping the noise down and having space when the weather is not cooperating. There is a resort on the lake where you can get gas and snacks, etc. There is a pontoon available for rent that you see in the pictures. In the winter there is a snowmobile trail right out front of the house. We have a 8 person jacuzzi hot tub available and sauna to enjoy year round. Enjoy your stay at our paradise!!

The kitchen was well stocked, the mattresses were very comfortable. the game room and all the toys for the lake was a hit with the younger people, unfortunately the lake was very low because of the drought, but that is not something you have any control over. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed here with a group of 14 total: 6 adults and 8 kids. We had more than enough room and there were beds to spare. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals and had plenty of counter space. We enjoyed eating our meals on the deck! Mark and Andria were communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place near Nisswa to house a bigger group.

The house was spacious with plenty of spaces for a large family. The kitchen had everything for cooking our own meals and a Ninja blender for smoothies and fancy drinks! The game room was a blast for the kids and adults. The most fun was spent on the sandy beach and swimming in the lake. The beach garage held a treasure of fun water toys and sand toys. The host texted us and was quick to answer any questions. Our family had a wonderful time.

The house was perfect for our family of 12 five adults and seven grandkids ranging from age 20 to 11 years old. The kitchen had lots of counter space and along with the refrigerator a wine cooler which held all our drinks. The older boys love the game room and having their separate space out in the bunk room was amazing! The property was perfect able to play volleyball layout on the beach and swim in the lake. We love the area Nisswa and Cross Lake were a lot of fun and enjoyed the Paul Bunyan trail walking and biking. Definitely a home to return to for our future vacation!!

Our family of 8 adults and 7 grandchildren ages 3-16 had a wonderful time at your VRBO. We loved the coffee bar and spacious front deck facing the lake. The fire pit had ample dry wood which we used one of our nights. The kitchen was well stocked which met our needs of cooking for 15 hungry people. Plenty of sleeping areas allowed for everyone to get a good nights sleep. We brought our own pontoon and were able to dock it safely at the dock. The water is very low now so it was somewhat of a struggle getting out to deep water We didn’t use any of the lake toys provided by the host. It was shared with me at the end of our stay that the family was not able to gain access to the storage area. No big deal we had our own toys.

The house was very roomy and we were able to fit all of our guests easily. There were great spaces for hanging out and large areas to enjoy meals together. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the process for checking in and out was smooth. We really enjoyed our time at this property and all the amenities they had to offer!

Everything was awesome but I was surprised that the "game room" was a separate building without a bathroom. Maybe I missed that in the listing but everything worked out awesome. What an amazing property. 12 adults for a long weekend - we had a blast!

Wonderful getaway on the lake!

We had an excellent stay! The house is spacious with very comfortable beds and awesome outdoor space. The sauna and hot tub were an extra treat! Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for our large group. It had everything we could ask for and more. The game room being separate from the house was extremely helpful for having a quite house for the kids to sleep.

The best part of this trip is our host . Mark is excellent . I ve never come across such a helpful and supportive host in Vrbo . He helped us through the snow storm and let us stay longer than booking ..He helped our grp a lot . Home is very clean and well kept . There were so many playing stuff for kids too .. very nice view of lake . Over all a very good stay .

My group had a great time staying here. The house is awesome, fully stocked, and very clean! Mark and Andria were very responsive to any questions I had as well.
