3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms townhome. Full bathroom on each floor and 2 separate living rooms to accommodate large families. FREE high-speed WIFI included and a desk for those who work remotely. We are surrounded by John Pennekamp State Park waters.

Tennis, Pickleball, fishing rods, kayaks and paddleboard along with several boardgames are included.

BRING YOUR BOAT! Use of the marina is included with this rental and trailer parking is on a first come, first serve basis. You must carry $300K liability coverage to use the marina. Contact me for further information.

1st floor has a bedroom with a queen bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a large living room with a 55" smart TV, small refrigerator chiller and a queen size sofa sleeper with a premium memory foam mattress. Full-size washer/dryer.

2nd floor has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need, blenders, drip coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker, Instapot, microwave, plenty of dishes and utensils that will accommodate large families. There will be some coffee, teas and spices in the kitchen cabinet, please use what you like and replace or leave as you see fit for others to enjoy. A second large living room with a 55" Smart TV along with 2 balconies.
Walk out the second-floor balcony straight to the main pool or watch the children from the comfort of the screened in balcony. Playground is also a few steps to your left from the balcony.

3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Primary bedroom has a NEW KING size mattress and screened in balcony that faces the pool with blackout curtains. A desk for those who work remote, or it can be used as a vanity. Additional bedroom has another screened in balcony and a NEW QUEEN size mattress and blackout curtains.

Over 30 restaurants within a 15-mile radius. Uber is easy to use from this property.

Guests are able to go boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking or relax by the ocean by several fire pits or BBQ by the ocean. Breathtaking sunset views from the 400' Jetty with seating to enjoy the views with your favorite glass of wine, cocktail. Great fishing can be done right off of the Jetty as well. Rodriguez Key and its famous sandbar can be visible from the Jetty and is a quick boat ride away. Unit is directly across from one of the 2 heated pools and steps away from the playground, large chickee hut/BBQ area and 2 tennis courts. Saltwater lagoon with 2 beach areas just a few short steps from the 2nd floor balcony. Kawama Yacht Club is a 30-acre tropical landscaped community with many outdoor sitting areas by the Atlantic Ocean with fire pits and BBQ areas.

Molasses Reef Marina on-site with FREE boat ramp, boat slip available upon request. Message me for further information.

Looking for fishing charters, snorkeling and/or diving, jet ski or boat rentals, let us know and can help you plan what you need.

Jacobs Aquatic Center with a kid's water park is 2 minutes away for children and adults to enjoy. Large basketball courts and skateboard park can be found next to Jacobs Aquatic Center.

Great location

Wonderful condo. Plenty of space and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and had lots of things to do. Communication with Monica was easy. Beds were very comfortable. Stayed there with 4 adults and 2 children and everyone had ample space. Would stay again!

Great spot for enjoying the Keys!

We enjoyed a great long weekend in the Florida Keys using this house as our homebase. The convenience of the location in Key Largo can’t be beat. The amenities of the complex are really nice, and the pool is literally just outside the door to the screened porch. The interior of the house is very nice And well appointed. We would happily return here!

Great location with lots of amenities

This unit was our base while exploring the Keys. It was in a great location for our plans. We simply walked out the back door off the balcony and were at the pool. The unit was very comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed. The only downside we noticed was the AC was noisy in one of the bedrooms on 3rd floor but it did a fantastic job at keeping the place cool. Loved the screened porches. We traveled with 3 teens and the unit configuration gave them all separate space. There was a notebook with area restaurants that we found handy. Overall, it was a great place that met our needs and more.

Overall nice are but needed some repairs

Shared one small bathroom with the bedrooms upstairs and the toilet handle kept falling off the toilet. My husband had to keep fixing it to be able to use the toilet. The bedrooms doors allowed light to come through so if someone woke up at night and used the restroom the light would shine in. Also make the rooms loud. Laundry room door was hanging off track when we arrived. First step was missing the transition and had to constantly step on the glue which was hard and pointy. Good communication but the overall unit needed some small fixes.

Excellent property

We came for spring break, brought our small boat and dog. The condo was excellent; very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. 3 screened porches allowed for plenty of space to hear the breeze rustling the palm fronds in the evening. We were able to take the boat out and snorkel Jesus of the Abyss at our leisure. An excellent bakery was a short bike ride from the complex. The gated community provided a safe, private environment. The host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

3 days in Key Largo

The condo was clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and the pool outside our door was wonderful and very convenient. Although the listing stated there was a hot tub there wasn’t one. The two flights of stairs were very steep and the 13 steps were very narrow (7”) making us have to use extra caution when going up and down the stairs. The sliding door on the 2nd floor had a high frame to step over which we found to be a tripping hazard going out to the deck. In order to avoid extra cleaning charges we had to bring all linens from the bedrooms and bathrooms down to the bottom floor and empty all the garbage, wash all the dishes and place them back in the cupboards, which I found unusual from my previous VRBO rentals. The main floor bedroom had no closet for hanging clothes. The two adjoining bedrooms on the top floor had louvered doors which didn’t provide much privacy. The bike tires were flat, so my son had to borrow a pump from a neighbor in order to take a ride. We felt very secure in the area and enjoyed our stay, but our group of 6 adults over 50 years old would not recommend this unit if you have mobility or balance concerns due to the long flights of steep narrow stairs.

Key Largo Oasis!

The VRBO listing exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of linens, beach/pool towels, paper products and kitchen supplies. The unit is literally 40 steps to the pool. We were impressed with how well the grounds were kept and maintained. The walk to the point where we watched both sunrises and sunsets was lovely. We were pleased to see several small beach areas on site which is rare in the Keys. There were a dozen fabulous restaurants within 2-3 miles of the unit. The owners were so easy to communicate with and always answered in an extremely timely manner. If in Key Largo, you will want to stay here!

Awesome Property Host!

The property host Monica was amazing! She was accessible and provided great dining and activities suggestions. The grounds were so cool…the lagoon with all the beautiful fish and the Pier never got old. We had a blast! Thanks for the memories!!

A peaceful paradise palace!

Our group of 7 arrived late in the evening, so I was a little worried we wouldn’t be able to get in that late. BUT Mrs. Monica(owner) made sure the guard knew we were coming in the late hours of the night and made check-in such a breeze! THEN, the palace was just so clean, spacious, and well decorated. Loved the sliding door blinds on the second floor. What you see in the pictures online is really what you get. It’s 3-floors with a bathroom on each floor! The shower were clean, plenty of towels and pillows! We could find trash bags, but it wasn’t like we didn’t just go out and get some, so no big deal. Oh! The owners were very communicative and left us tons of information on places to go eat at and things to do. So honestly no complaints, here. For the keys this is honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed. Would recommend you and your family to book it ASAP, if your vacationing there!

Paradise!

We loved our stay at Kawama. We were two families that shared this condo and it was perfect. The condo was clean and very nice. We would definitely rent there again. Also, the pool was right outside our condo, the boat that we brought with us was a short walk to the marina. There were several beautiful seating areas to relax around Kawama. It was very quiet, which we loved and the people in the community were very friendly. We would highly recommend this place to any of our friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of space for 4 adults and two children. Communication with the property owner was very easy and straight forward. Would stay again if we make it back to Key Largo.

Great location, amenities

Our family of four adults stayed here for 4 nights. The beds were comfortable (1 king for me and my husband and 2 queens for our adult sons). We had fishing trips out of Key Largo and out of Islamorada- the townhome was very convenient to all these locations. The townhome was as advertised- note that the stairs are steep just in case you have someone in your group who can’t manage. Also note the king bedroom is not advertised as it is but it is not a master suite. Monica the host was super responsive before and during our stay. The townhome is a great location in Kawama- one of the pools is just a few steps out the back door, the marina, jetty, small private beach area and lagoon are just a short walk! We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Key Largo!

weekend getaway

Overall the property was nice. I think they should get new pillows for the beds and address the second floor bathroom. We enjoyed the bikes and pool noodles and played pickleball. Fun getaway with the family!

We are a family of 5 with 3 boys who have enjoyed the FL Keys for many years. We are always out on the water as much as we can either fishing, snorkeling, spearfishing or enjoying an afternoon on one of the many sandbars in the area with friends.
