Nuestra casa nunca ha sido alquilada y decorada al máximo. La casa tiene más de 4,000 pies cuadrados de espacio para acomodar hasta 14 personas. En la planta baja hay un teatro privado con pantalla retráctil, mesa de billar, área de bar con fregadero y camina directamente hacia el área de la piscina estilo centro turístico con bañera de hidromasaje, cascada y tobogán. En la planta baja también hay un dormitorio con 2 camas matrimoniales y baño completo. Toda la zona de la piscina está protegida por la privacidad y la comodidad. El nivel principal cuenta con una cocina estilo chef con electrodomésticos de alta gama, sala de estar y 3 dormitorios / 3. 5 baños. Arriba hay dos espaciosas suites principales con camas king size y baños en suite. Estás situado en el corazón de Captiva Village, que no solo te sitúa a 50 pasos de la arena, sino que también está a un corto paseo de tiendas y restaurantes. ¿Quieres relajarte y leer un libro mientras estás de vacaciones? .... la pintoresca Biblioteca Captiva está justo bajando la calle. Very nice house, close to the beach (10 minute walk), great communication/response by property manager. Only negative was that the price was a little high and then VRBO charges some hefty fees on top of that.

Unfortunately there were many maintenance issues. The 2 worst were the water pipes vibrated loudly and kept us awake and the fridge was broken so much of our food spoiled. On the 5th day they finally fixed the fridge but after 3 visits by 2 different tradesmen, the pipes are apparently a more major construction issue.

As for the plumbing, please know that we took your reports seriously and had multiple tradesmen on-site to address the noise immediately. While they were able to diagnose the issue, you are correct that it requires a more extensive structural repair that could not be completed while the home was occupied. Wonderful vacation

Great location and space

The house is in a wonderful location and has plenty of room for 2 to 3 families. The highlights of the house are location, the pool, the screened-in side porch and the basement movie/game room. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the many beach towels provided with the house.

Great house !

We really enjoyed our stay at Stayawhiles! The house was amazing! I wish we would have known that they had plenty of bench chairs, cooler and everything really you needed for the beach - as I would not have rented a thing and spent $260!! The kids loved loved the pool/slide and movie theater. Would recommend to anyone!

What an awesome house.

This house was great for a family vacation, plenty of room for Parents, Kids, & Grandkids . The house had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels for all of us and two wagons to transport items to and from the beach. I would recommend a good pressure washing of the pool area, fix the fan for the grill.

Wonderful setting for a family vacation!

This home was a wonderful base for our stay on Captiva island. We were a group of 9 adults so the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for our group. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, as well as the stock of beach accessories that were used daily. We spent most afternoons by the pool, the slide was a hit, and the lanai made for a little amount of bugs and some sun protection. The games/media room was great for evenings after dinner! Unsung hero of the trip was the ice machine! It was a great home!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation house! The online pictures are very accurate and house is very well stocked. (From past experience at other rentals, I know to bring extra beach and kitchen towels.) We had a couple minor issues and the management team responded immediately. The only thing I would change is to have the deck area around the pool cleaned with a power washer and bleach.

The hot tub could have been hotter. You had to select to heat the hot tub versus the pool, wish the heating systems were separate. The pool had to be fixed for us to control it. The first day or two had to be controlled remotely but it did get fixed on Monday. Big thanks!The property is really amazing & we definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms. The common areas were amazing as well.Wishes:1) Better description about the beach items in the garage. We didn't need to rent so much of beach chairs, etc.2) Lights on the outside stairs to the front door (at the base of the step), weren't lit. It would have been safer for our elderly moms if they had been.3) The vents in several of the bathrooms didn't work.4) Request for a throw carpet under the large dining table on the main floor. The chairs make a very large noise when they are moved.It really is a beautiful property, hope it can continue to be well maintained.

Beautiful Luxury Home

This is a great house in a wonderful location. It is close to everything and has a ton of high end features. The property is well maintained but definitely had several things that didn't work properly like lighting and things that were broken and not fixed. Given the high cost of this property, it would be nice if lighting worked consistently and toilet seats weren't broken. Also, the rental company only provides one pool/beach towel per person. We felt like we were constantly having to wash or dry towels. When asked if they would provide more, they said no.

Thank you so much for your review. Very happy that you had a great time. I’m not sure on terms of the lighting or a toilet seat having an issue. If that were the case we certainly would have had Maintenace on that right away. We also provide beach towels for each guest as a courtesy. Many agencies either don’t provide them or make them an extra charge, however, we want our guests to have the best time as possible and not worry about those items. We do understand you may have to place them in the dryer from time to time, but we are trying our best to provide a great home for all of our guests to enjoy.

Family Time

The house is a 5 star. Property management responded quickly to our email on the shower door off track, pool light not working etc. However, the property management would state that the issue is forwarded to maintenance. Only issue visited was the shower door. We were told they would be back the next day to fix. Never came. Never heard from them. Customer service is the soul of a 5 start experience. Overall, the family had a great time. Just details were not addressed by maintenance or incomplete resolution.

This was our second year at Stay a Wiles - obviously, we loved it enough to come back. It's a great location - easy walk to the beach- or even to the town center. It's such a safe area with kids. We were three families - grandparents, two couples, and six kids under 8 years old -- we didn't miss for anything. The kids loved the pool and could have lived in it all week. We had one glitch the first night - there was a problem with the water system in the second upstairs bedroom that caused a loud sound to randomly come on in the middle of the night. We called in the morning, and two plumbers were there in short order and spent the day fixing it. They did. No problem after that.It's a great stay. We're planning to go back next year!
