El huracán IRMA no ha causado daños en la casa, ahora se ha restablecido la normalidad en Cape Coral.
Esta encantadora villa de Florida impresiona por su ubicación e instalaciones, con todo lo que no desea prescindir en sus vacaciones. Los nuevos son televisores por cable en todas las habitaciones, nuevas tumbonas en el embarcadero, nuevos muebles de lanai y muchas pequeñas cosas que hacen que su estancia sea aún más relajante. La calefacción solar para piscinas instalada en mayo de 2015 es ecológica y eficiente. Tranquila y muy céntrica, a solo unos minutos del centro de Cape Coral, Villa Catalina Isles se encuentra en un muy buen vecindario estadounidense.

Déjese mimar por el sol de Florida en la propiedad orientada al sur con la cubierta de la piscina y encuentre un enfriamiento agradable en la gran piscina. La piscina ahora está climatizada con energía solar. La cubierta del barco también está equipada con tumbonas y sillas.

Deja que tus pensamientos cuelguen en esta maravillosa atmósfera en el agua bajo palmeras. Puede alquilar un bote en una de las compañías locales de alquiler de botes para descubrir el mundo isleño y las playas del Golfo de México desde su propio embarcadero. ¡La ubicación única permite el acceso al golf incluso en velero en solo unos minutos!

La villa está amueblada en un estilo de Florida. Las tres habitaciones tienen camas extra grandes, TV por cable y pantallas planas. La villa está orientada al sur en el amplio canal (200 pies) y ofrece a los amantes de los barcos la posibilidad de llegar al río Caloosahatchee en cuestión de minutos. En el Golfo de México y en las islas de Sanibel y Captiva, con sus playas de ensueño, está a tiro de piedra.

Se puede acceder fácilmente a Cape Coral desde cualquier parte del mundo a través del Aeropuerto Internacional Fort Myers. En coche, estás en tu villa a tiempo en unos 30 minutos. En las inmediaciones encontrará todas las tiendas y podrá llegar rápidamente al centro de Cape Coral o Fort Myers en coche. Según el tráfico, se puede llegar a las playas más bellas en 30 minutos en coche.

Perfect beautifull relaxation

Loved our stay at the Villa Catalina Isles. Perfect sunsets and sunrises to be seen from the south turned outdoor area with great view over the canal. The patio down by the water was our favorite spot for card games or just some quiet time in the sun. We rented the Kayaks which gave the four of us (wife, husband and our 2 daughters) some real nice trips down the water. The inside was spacious, clean and practical, had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice: a dead-end road, a nearby playground and good restaurants within walking distance. The home owner was very helpful, caring and only an email away. Would love to return and would gladly recommend this home to others.

Great place!

What a great experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone that has children. My kids are not big beach kids but love Florida and a swimming pool. This trip/house provided both. My kids are 18, 14 and 8 and all of them enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable, decorated nicely and house is well managed. Mango tree in the front yard (if you like Mangos). We were down here for a baseball tournament and this house was close to all of the baseball fields that we had to go to. Lots of fabulous restaurants close by as well. I agree with the reviews of Bread Pete! Gunnar was very accommodating and quick to reply. BMI who manages the property were quick to respond with anyone questions, issues or concerns. Should we be making the trip back next year, I will be looking to stay at this place again.

Einfach wunderbar!

Diese wunderschöne Villa hat alles zu bieten was das Herz eines Urlaubers begehrt! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist fantastisch ausgestattet. Und der Blick auf den Pool mit dem Kanal davor… einfach himmlisch! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und Familie Janssen war bei unseren Fragen sehr hilfreich. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Und hoffentlich bis bald ☺️

Place had great location and was true to description. Only feedback was we were unable to locate toilet paper, there was a HUGE Rip in the outdoor pool next which allowed bugs to get through and there was a HUGE cockroach located in spare bedroom!

Ein Traum für die ganze Familie

Das Haus hat nicht nur eine super Lage, sondern ist einfach ein Traum für die ganze Familie! Ich könnte über alles nur in hohen Lobworten sprechen von der Raumaufteilung, über eine tolle Betreuung vor Ort, oder die Sauberkeit die nicht zu überbieten ist......aber lieber nicht, denn dann bekommen wir nachher keinen freien Mietzeitraum mehr....Ein toller Urlaub wo keine Wünsche übrig bleiben. Wahrlich eine Traumlage!

Das Haus ist Spitzenklasse, es fehlt bei der Ausstattung an nichts! Der Poolbereich ist Extraklasse, unser Aufenthalt hat sich eigentlich nur dort abgespielt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr wertig und geschmackvoll, es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Unser Traumurlaub

Wir haben in der Villa Catalina im Juni unseren Traumurlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind schnell zu erreichen. Der check in mit den BMI-Mitarbeitern war sehr nett, informativ und vertrauensvoll, so dass wir uns für unsere Urlaubszeit gut aufgehoben fühlten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub gebrauchen kann. Von der Einrichtung der Wohn-und Schlafräume, einer vollständig ausgerüsteten Küche, bis hin zum Beach Equipment - alles da. Das allmorgentliche Bad im Pool vermissen wir heute sehr. Von den zahlreichen Restaurants in Cape Coral hat es uns am besten bei "Water City Grill" gefallen. Wenn wir zurück an unseren Urlaub denken, sind wir immer noch vom Haus und allem was dazu gehört überwältigt. Es ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Wir sind froh, dass wir uns so entschieden hatten. Vielen Dank Bettina und Gunnar, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrem tollen Haus verbringen konnten.

Top Villa, super Lage, jederzeit wieder....!

Im April diesen Jahres waren wir, 6-köpfige Familie inkl. einem Kleinkind zu Gast in der Villa Catalina. Wir haben eine top gepflegte Unterkunft aufgefunden mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Das Haus war in einem sehr sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand, auch einrichtungsmäßig top ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Bäder waren sehr schön und die drei Schlafzimmer sehr gemütlich. Unsere 8 Monate junge Tochter hat sich sofort auf der Terrasse und im Pool wohlgefühlt. Generell kann man sagen dass sich unser ganzer Urlaub eigentlich nur auf der schönen großen Terrasse abgespielt hat. Mit unserem Boot waren wir in kurzer Zeit am Golf. Bei Bread Pete, deutsche Bäckerei unweit der Villa, haben wir jeden morgen frische Brötchen bekommen. Wir haben einem wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Villa verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Super Florida Urlaub

Die Villa war wie beschrieben hervorragend eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt an einem fischreichen Kanal (Delfine) war optimal. Der beheizte Pool war für unsere Enkelkinder ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank Erika+ Johannes

Weihnachten mal anders ...

Wir haben uns dieses Jahr dazu entschieden, dem Schmuddelwetter in Deutschland zu entfliehen und in die Sonne zu reisen. Wir, das sind Marion (40), Kilian (15) und ich Franz (46). Dazu haben wir uns entschlossen, meine Eltern (Opa 70, Oma 64) mit einzupacken. Wir kamen am 24.12. so gegen Mitternacht in der Villa an und haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in absolutem Topzustand. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nicht zu vergessen -auch für Strandausflüge sind neben genügend Sonnenschirmen und Strandhandtüchern auch 2 Kühlboxen vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß genug, um morgens seine Bahnen ziehen und auch mal mit einem Wasserball etwas herumtollen zu können. Ds schöne daran ist, dass er auch noch beheizt ist. Die Villa liegt wunderschön am Kanal mit eigenem Bootsanleger. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch ein Bäcker, der mit frisch gebackenen Brötchen wartet, ist zu Fuß bequem in etwa 10 min. erreichbar. Der erste Kontakt nach unserer Anfrage mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und hat uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt. Wir wissen, das war sicher nicht das letzte Mal... “Wonderful house in great location.”

We traveled from Illinois with two exchange students from the Netherlands and Italy and met friends from Germany for a week in Cape Coral at Villa Catalina Isles. We have done this for the past several years. We found the house to be our most enjoyable stay out of the homes we have stayed in over the years. It was very clean, neat and orderly. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as described. The location was just off the main street in Cape Coral so restaurants and other stores were all close at hand. We found a wonderful German bakery only three blocks away. The pool was great and the canal behind the house was the cleanest we have seen. Overall, it was a wonderful week and the people at BMI were great to work with. Thanks! The Great Cape Escape

Louis Maniscalco 14.08.2014 18:34:40 My wife Mary and I were searching for a waterfront property that included a private pool, but needed it to be pet friendly because we always travel with our princess Nala. Upon approval from Gunnar and Bettina we were able to bring our baby girl. Some people might say that pictures are deceiving, but Villa Catalina is as beautiful as we imagined. The home is very well maintained and very clean. Plenty of room for 3 couples or an entire family. There are plenty of lounging areas both in and outside the lanai. And privacy was never a concern. You don't need to bring a thing, just groceries. All the amenities of home are included. There are plenty of local waterfront restaurants, our favorite was Rum Runners, but there was a very nice one at the yacht club as well. The thing I was most impressed with was the property management company BMI-Homes. They responded immediately to our requests. The lawn and pool service people kept the property in top shape. Additionally, I have been in contact with the owner Gunnar through out the process of booking and returning home from our vacation. He has been very gracious and delightful to deal with on a personal and professional level. If you were to ask me or my wife if we would recommend Villa Catalina for your next vacation, my response would be 100% absolutely yes. The only thing that would have made our vacation better would be if I owned a boat. There are plenty of places to rent a boat/kayak/jet skis etc. Not to mention numerous places to go fishing. Or you can do as I did and just fish of the dock. Either way it was a sun/fun filled vacation. Thank you to Gunnar and Bettina.

My wife Mary and I were searching for a waterfront property that included a private pool, but needed it to be pet friendly because we always travel with our princess Nala. Upon approval from Gunnar and Bettina we were able to bring our baby girl. Some people might say that pictures are deceiving, but Villa Catalina is as beautiful as we imagined. The home is very well maintained and very clean. Plenty of room for 3 couples or an entire family. There are plenty of lounging areas both in and outside the lanai. And privacy was never a concern. You don't need to bring a thing, just groceries. All the amenities of home are included. There are plenty of local waterfront restaurants, our favorite was Rum Runners, but there was a very nice one at the yacht club as well. The thing I was most impressed with was the property management company BMI-Homes. They responded immediately to our requests. The lawn and pool service people kept the property in top shape. Additionally, I have been in contact with the owner Gunnar through out the process of booking and returning home from our vacation. He has been very gracious and delightful to deal with on a personal and professional level. If you were to ask me or my wife if we would recommend Villa Catalina for your next vacation, my response would be 100% absolutely yes. The only thing that would have made our vacation better would be if I owned a boat. There are plenty of places to rent a boat/kayak/jet skis etc. Not to mention numerous places to go fishing. Or you can do as I did and just fish of the dock. Either way it was a sun/fun filled vacation. Thank you to Gunnar and Bettina.
