Nothing short of perfect

12 days, 11 nights and we did not want to leave. We came from Buffalo and if you’re coming from the cold, this property is everything you want and more. We came for my husband’s 40th with a group of 7, ages 5-70. The pool pics do not do justice to how amazing it is, esp for littles! Benson was amazing to work book through and responded fast to all questions. Definitely want to come back and highly recommend this property.

New Years at Belagio

The Belagio was a wonderful house for our group of 11, two families with teenagers. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space are amazing. Beautiful view of the water. The house is well appointed with everything we needed. Our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again

The property was gorgeous. Fully furnished to accommodate all our needs. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. The owner replied immediately to any question we could have. We invited some friends, and everybody was amazed by how beautiful the house was. Loved the whole experience and had a great time!

Everything is pretty nice, aside from the location.

Previous reviews didn't address the location much, but that's definitely what stood out the most to us. It is literally right on the corner intersection of a busy/main road (Across the street from a 7/11). Kinda weird and doesn't seem like a place where a house should be. Loud cars day and night. I lived in Boston for 5 years, so it didn't affect me too much, but I could see it bothering other people for sure. Once inside you kinda forget about the outside. Benson was great letting us do a same day booking, but advised us there was a bee infestation by the hot tub area. He told us pest control was coming out the next day to take care of it. No big deal. But pest control never came. We told him and he said he'd reach out to them and get back to us. But ultimately they never came and we were never able to use the hot tub area which was really disappointing. Pretty disappointing also that he just never followed up on that or apologized or offered any kind of credit for the fact we couldn't use that area the entire stay. The place was pretty nice and clean, but we found a previous guests used, dirty underwear under one of the beds and a discarded bag of someones other dirty clothes, so I'm not sure how thoroughly the place gets cleaned. Told Benson about it and he apologized and asked us to just throw it away? Wasn't expecting to be asked to pick up someone's visibly gross underwear on vacation, but also didn't want it there, so...

This house was absolutely perfect. I’ve stayed in a lot of the RVO’s by far. This one was my favorite the outside the pool the Jacuzzi, the layout of the home. It was just absolutely perfect. I am so happy. I stood in this home. I will definitely will be back.

The house is GORGEOUS and absolutely perfect for an amazing getaway. We were in town for a funeral and were able to accommodate family for dinners and relaxation. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Time!

This house is beautiful! We could have just stayed on the property for the whole week! The swimming pool was where we spent most of the day, the pool table is where we spent the nights. It is very entertaining for all! Benson responded quickly to any questions or additional needs we had. He went above and beyond for us during our stay. One thing to note about this property is that it is on a busy street, you will hear traffic. If you don't mind the noise, this place is worth it!

My wife and I visited Cape Coral in 2021 and fell in love with the area due to its tropical feel. The area is warm enough throughout the whole year, its a perfect environment to grow many of the exotic fruits. Our house is located on Thunderbird lake, a short boat ride to the Gulf! This is our dream home and will be our winter home for many more years to come as we start new traditions of celebrating holidays and new year.
