Settle in to this nicely updated and fully furnished Jacaranda model overlooking the 16th Fairway of the Championship course at the very popular Palm Valley Country Club in Palm Desert.
You'll be just steps away from the Pool and Hot Tub and a quick walk to the beautiful Clubhouse with Spa, Gym and 2 Restaurants.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Primary Bedroom, which overlooks the golf course, features a King sized bed, flat screen TV and a remodeled en suite bath.
The front bedroom offers an extremely comfortable Queen size Murphy bed, large flat screen TV as well as it's own en suite bath. Raise the bed and turn this room into your exercise hideaway, den or card room.
The remodeled Kitchen features a dine in table and open views to the Dining room and Living room. Just outside the kitchen is your Private north facing Courtyard which includes a comfortable seating area and a built in BBQ Grill. The Living room has a large flat screen TV with Cable that you will enjoy from the plush sofa.
From your Patio, off the living room, you can enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee or a meal while watching golfers attempting to navigate the tricky par 4 16th hole.

Your hosts, Judy and Barry are club members and are happy to be your sponsors, allowing you limited access to all of the club amenities.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area your hosts, Judy and Barry, moved to Palm Valley Country Club in the Fall of 2012. Having visited the area for many years we knew that this was where we wanted to spend our retirement. There's so much to do and so much to see...and so many places to get a great meal!
We purchased this property in April of 2021 so we could share what we love with our family, friends and "new friends" like you. Whether your interests lie in Hiking, Biking, Photography, World class Shopping, or Dining you'll have access to all of it in this wonderful valley.
We hope you enjoy all that this beautiful area and more specifically Palm Valley Country Club has to offer.
